2 blocks from Av. Cabildo. 2 blocks from subway line D with which you go to Palermo and the city center (Obelisco, Cathedral). 2 blocks from Av. Cabildo and Juramento.

You will be surrounded by excellent Cafes (Doña Lila / Bonafide / Tea connection, etc), Restaurants and shops of all kinds on Av. Cabildo.

We are 5 blocks from Chinatown.

We are 15 blocks from the River Stadium (El Monumental)

We are 5 blocks from the FLENI Montañeses.

On Av. Cabildo (2 blocks from the building) you will find several bus lines to go to the city center or the North area.

Av Cabildo and Juramento (3 blocks from the building) you will find the subway line D, which takes you to the center of the city!

Uber/Cabbify: they arrive very quickly.

The apartment has Shampoo, Conditioner, shower gel, towels, sheets and pillows.

Hair dryer that is mounted on the wall in the main bathroom.

We also have a cleaning service that includes changing linen and cleaning the apartment, you must request it through WAPP. COST 12 USD each cleaning.

Events cannot be held in the apartments or in the coworking space.

We leave complimentary coffee and tea.
