About this property

A Gorgeous, Waterfront setting in the Sailing Capital of the World! Charm, Detail, and Hospitality were not spared in this newly-remodeled and totally upgraded cottage. This 2 BR, 1 BA house sleeps 4-6 people. Features include an open floor plan, with hardwood floors throughout, customized cabinetry, and granite counter tops. The modern kitchen offers all new appliances; stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Everything to cook up a feast! The marble tiled bathroom features a large shower, vanity and the necessities of a home away from home! The living room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, two plush chairs, and a large flat screen TV with cable. A bright and sun-filled room makes a perfect setting for morning coffee or a cozy dinner at the table, seating for four. Double French Doors off the living room open to a deck with a table and chairs overlooking Back Creek and the full back yard. Relax and sit on the deck with a cold drink and enjoy the waterfront views or take advantage of the kayaks provided for you.
The property is only minutes from Historic, Downtown Annapolis and has easy access to the Chesapeake Bay. Convenient shopping is within 2 miles; grocery, pharmacy, liquor stores, as well as some amazing restaurants.
Just footsteps away, The Cottage offers the amenities of the marina which include a pool (in season), a shuttle service to downtown Annapolis, Fitness Center, Wi-Fi, bikes, and a water taxi location.

Great waterfront cottage

Clean, cute, comfortable and well-equipped little cottage bumped up against Port Annapolis Marina. Beautiful views of all the boats and the marine traffic.

Charming Cottage

Very well appointed with everything you might need. Lovely location and view of the boats/water/marina. There is a walkable bakery with a playground attached. Perfect for families who need to feed toddlers first thing. A cozy delight. We will be renting again .

Wonder Annapolis Location

Very cozy home sitting in the middle of the Annapolis boat harbor. The scene was so beautiful watch tall sailboats guide in and out of the harbor. Very close to all downtown Annapolis has to offer yet far enough away from the tourists to provide a peaceful and calm oasis. Did I mention the bakery, OMG! Just a few steps from the house is a small bakery that has the most delicious morning treats, both sweet and savory. They also prepare breakfast meals and delicious sandwiches to enjoy there or take on a picnic. Don't miss it if you stay here.

Perfect getaway for our wedding weekend!

My husband and I have no regrets about staying here during our wedding weekend! We were super impressed with the coziness and cleanliness of the property. Our favorite part was getting to hear the wind whistling through the boats. It brought a sense of calmness during our special weekend.

Quick getaway

The house was just as advertised. It was just perfect for a quick getaway and the perfect location to enjoy all things in Annapolis. Water taxi was a great way to get to downtown. Quiet and relaxing. Would love to go back!

A great weekend

My family and I stayed at the cottage over the weekend, and had a great time! We loved the deck and ease of walking to get coffee in the mornings. It is located away from the bustle of town, but not a far drive at all, which made it a great mix. My kids are already asking to go back!

Stunning Marina Views and Perfect Annapolis Location!

We had an amazing stay! The view of the water and marina was incredible, and we loved eating crabs out on the deck while watching the boats come and go. The location was perfect—just a short and easy bike ride to the Annapolis city dock area. Would definitely stay here again!

Mother Daughter vacation

Me, my daughter, my sister and her daughter. Enjoyed the pool everyday. View every morning and evening. National Anthem played every morning at 8AM. House is well stocked, made a couple nice meals. Water taxi into city for dinner. Perfect wrather was a bonus.

4th of July Week

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this cottage for our summer vacation. The marina staff was very helpful with the cottage rental and our boat. The location is easy to get to. We highly recommend staying at this rental and choosing to utilize the Port Annapolis Marina for all your boating needs. We hope to be back again soon.

Wonderful stay at Captains Cottage

We were there for a weekend getaway in November. The cottage was charming and the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was perfect for us, close to Annapolis, Eastport, the farmers market, and quiet waters park. The view was great, and we saw bald eagles as we drank our morning coffee. The cottage itself was beautiful, clean, and it had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Beautiful and cozy cottage

We were immediately impressed with the space as soon as we walked in. Very cute and great location! Everything was clean and cozy and we would absolutely return! Our friends who we were visiting in the area asked us to share the listing with them, so they could keep it in mind for the future as well. Hope to return soon!
