We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The views are absolutely breathtaking and were one of our favorite parts of the trip. The deck is huge and provided plenty of space for our group to relax. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and very accommodating for everyone in our group. We made wonderful memories here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful beach getaway with incredible outdoor space and unforgettable views!

What a great weekend! The house was perfect, stocked well, plenty of beach towels! The view and weather was outstanding. Faria beach is its own micro climate where the sun shines while Ventura is socked in.Communication with the host was prompt and friendly, they even accommodated a couple special requests! Thank you!I would change nothing about our stay. Five stars!

Beautiful stay for a girls trip!

House fit the 7 of us wonderfully!! The views of the sunset were incredible! Close to Ventura and Santa Barbara. Would stay again!

Fun place to stay

Overall a great place to stay. The only downside was the freeway noise was annoying (especially at night). But outside of that, the place was great. Would stay there again.

Ocean Retreat

We loved staying in your home.... the view was incredible and the Jacuzzi and fire pit were the perfect place to relax with our family and friends. We would love to come back sometime soon!

Beach birthday

We enjoyed a relaxing time walking on the adjacent beaches, in the hot tub and around the fire pit. The view is wonderful and the deck has lounge chairs and a large table for meals .

This was a dream. Gorgeous home right on the water. Hearing the ocean waves at night was so relaxing. Loved walking the beach during the day and watching the tide come in in the evening. It was a great spot for stargazing. I would recommend 100%

Beautiful House on the beach!

We love this rental so much we've rented it twice! Glorious quiet beach, well stocked kitchen, and everything you need! Owners are responsive and helpful. We will probably be back!

Ideal Beach Rental!

The host was very accommodating and the home was perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc and there was an abundance of towels. The hot tub was awesome and even the neighbors were really kind! 10/10 would book again. Thank you!

Beautiful views, patio and home

This beach home was perfect for a girls trip getaway. It was a bit smaller than we thought, especially common space indoors, but we were lucky to have great weather so the patio was fabulous. Views from the enormous deck were incredible. Home was cute, clean, and comfortable. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Second time staying in this home and for the second time it was GREAT! The views, the ocean, the relaxation, the convenience of SB and Ventura is fantastic. Easy communication with Marcie and Mike, questions were answered quickly and with no issues. Thanks again for another memorable family summer vacation!

Faria Beach House

We had plumbing issues 1st evening then again 2nd night. It was resolved the morning of 3rd day. Other than that, we really liked the house, great beach area !

Excellent Location, Great Getaway with Friends

This house is at an excellent location, and my friends and I had a great trip. This is our third stay in this house, although the house is starting to show some wear. Overall we had a wonderful time, but I feel like the owner could spend a little time doing some repairs to merit a 5 star rating. The deck has some loose boards, some of the door handles don't work (bathroom), and the downstairs bathroom vanity door is showing it's age.

Dear Robin, it was wonderful having you back again this year. Thank you for your feedback. We are about to undergo a complete remodel of the backyard deck, exterior of the house and bathrooms. We are just waiting for a gap in reservations long enough to get it done, since it’s quite a big undertaking! We are so excited for the finished results.

Outdated

The pictures online were better than the house in person. Furniture was outdated, smaller than we thought and rust everywhere. All the cooking utensils were old, the bbq barely worked, no garage and on a very busy road. Definitely not worth the amount of money they are charging. We were very disappointed.

Beautiful ocean view

This property is located on the ocean so the view from the patio with jacuzzi and fire pit is fabulous. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We were very upset that the BBQ was in terrible condition—2 burners broken, lid handle broken, on/off knobs broken off so had to use tools to turn them Host said it couldn’t be repaired during our stay. The lock on back sliding door is broken. No luxury home should have these problems. The beach in front of house is only accessible during low tide and you get black tar all over your feet. Do not recommend using this beach area.
