Perfect ladies’ weekend

We had an incredible bachelorette weekend at this beautiful house! The staging is absolutely stunning, creating a gorgeous and inviting atmosphere. The house is spacious, spotless, and was the perfect backdrop for celebrating our friend's upcoming nuptials. We especially loved the beautiful kitchen and the backyard, which provided the ideal setting for relaxing and enjoying time together. We took a dip in the hot tub, enjoyed a lovely stroll to the beach, and got restful sleep in the comfy beds. The house was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay truly hassle-free.Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and straightforward, which made everything seamless. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and conveniently located retreat. We can't wait to return!---

Perfect for our ladies getaway!

Our friends group of 10 women stayed at this beautiful house and it was ideal. We normally don’t have the luxury of a beautiful and secluded backyard with a hot tub and multiple seating areas. That was a nice bonus, as were the pickleball courts across the street. The house was super clean and well maintained. We would stay here again!

My 70th birthday extravaganza

Family reunion, 12 of us including our 3 grown children and their partners and 4 grandchildren ages 2-11 years old. A perfect home modern in style and decor with a huge kitchen, great outdoor space with outdoor dining, an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. Bikes, SUPs, kayaks and a ping pong table! Allie and Beau are quick to communicate via email or phone, super friendly and approachable. We would definitely return.

The Beachmont provided our family a comfortable place to stay and great memories to be had. The home had plenty of space and so many great options to keep our whole family entertained. We would definitely recommend the Beachmont and hope to be back again in the future.

Beautiful home with plenty of room and amenities

We could not be any happier with our stay. Our ladies trip happened to land on a rainy weekend so I was a little worried about not being able to be out on the beach or enjoy the bikes and kayaks. It ended up not being a problem as the house was very clean and is updated beautifully with everything you need. The layout of the house is nice and there is enough space that you don't feel on top of each other. The master bedroom is spacious and luxurious, the 3 "guest rooms" are identical except for small decor details so there is no fighting over bedrooms. All those beds were very comfortable and had very nice bedding. The large playroom with bunk beds and a sofa is a space in which any kid would love to hang out. Between rain showers we sat out at the fireplace and enjoyed a soak in the hot tub. We weren't able to make time for the sauna but it looked nice. I can't wait to return again, maybe with my family next time. Thanks for the hospitality!

Perfect weekend getaway!

We enjoyed a fantastic visit to Ventura with a few families with children and the house was gorgeous, clean, and conveniently located! We all enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, and easy access to the beach/playground. The back yard was absolutely magical and we appreciated all of the welcoming touches that were put into the home. Excellent Mini Vacation

We were in town for a family members wedding and were so fortunate to have found Allie and Beau's house for our stay. Our party included my family, and my three sisters families, 7 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids. We found the home to be perfectly suited to our needs. There is room to gather as a whole group in the kitchen/bar/dinning area, at the same time there are sitting areas that afford everyone a little space when needed. The bedrooms are well appointed and the adults found the quality of beds to be excellent. The bunk room was a perfect hang space for teens and kids. The backyard is the true gem of the house. The sauna, hot tub and outdoor fireplace gave the home a mini resort feel, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Our stay was brief and the weather was a bit too chilly for more than a beach walk, but we still enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We hope to return to try out the kayaks and paddle boards in the summer. Thanks for a great trip!

Retreat at Beachmont

We enjoyed Perfection throughout, inside and out. Extremely Aesthetically pleasing with its fresh, modern and contemporary floors, tiles and lighting. The layout and design is open, light and bright. The open kitchen ideal for socializing is beautiful. There is an attention to detail in every room. The beds are sooo comfortable. The showers are gorgeous. The fireplace outside and the hot tub are great under the moon and stars. Thank you Allie and Beau for making this a 5 Star+ experience!!

Beach right across the street! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

We had the most AWESOME vacation here! What a house!!! What a location!!! The home is right across the street from a little beach, playground, pickle ball courts, and basketball court. The kids loved it! The house is in the most perfect location in Ventura- super close to waves, downtown and in a beautiful neighborhood. The backyard is so serene and gets great sun. The house is designed and decorated to the nines. It was very clean and pristine and very well stocked with everything we needed for the week. The hosts were friendly and local. We will definitely be back next year, it’s our new favorite vacation house. Most definitely highly recommended!!!

Wonderful Ventura Getaway!!

This home is truly amazing! My family and I had such a wonderful time and the house has everything you could want and more! Our kids enjoyed the bikes, ping pong table, and the beach, which is located right across the street! We loved the hot tub, amazing outdoor fireplace and some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. Beau and Allie were wonderful hosts and the overall design and attention to detail were exceptional. Having a rental home ourselves, we left wanting to implement so much of what they do. We could not have asked for a more memorable stay. We will absolutely be back soon and couldn't recommend this home enough!

AMAZING!

This home has everything you need or want if you are on vacation with your family and friends. From the perfect location to the comfortable beds, this home has everything. We enjoyed the outdoor areas- the front porch and the remarkable backyard. They have provided bikes, ping-pong, jacuzzi, cornhole, and outdoor bar-b-queue. The kitchen is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you could want! They even had newly remolded bathrooms and kitchen! We will definitely stay here again if it is available...There will be a lot of competition for this one! We loved staying here...you will too!

Hi, we are your hosts Beau and Allie. We are local family of 5 who live just right up the street. We are 3rd generation Venturans who love this laid back beach town with all of our hearts. We recently bought this untouched 1969 mid century home and remodeled and refurbished every part of it to be our forever dream home but we decided to share this gem with visitors for a bit. Our desire was to get our 3 kids involved in the hosting process and to teach them a bit about hospitality so you may see them around taking the garbage cans to and from the street or cleaning the hot tub.
