This was such a great place to stay. Loved that there were so many different restaurant you could walk to. House was very clean and cozy . We will be back for sure!!
Great place in a great neighborhood with a great host! The property was much larger than we expected and our group really appreciated the proximity to the Bottleworks District for meals and entertainment. Will definitely book again the next time we're in Indy.
Everything was great! The host is friendly and the house is in great condition and has a lot of good comfy space. We will definitely be back when we return to Indy.
Host was wonderful and responsive. House was clean and larger than we thought it would be. Excellent location as well. We look forward to coming back on our future trips to Indy.
This place was GREAT! Super clean and quiet, close to where we were having our business meetings. It even had a pool table we enjoyed one night. I would definitely stay here again.

You guys were the sweetest we have had. We really enjoyed talking with you. Callie has chalk art all over the sidewalk now 🙂
This is definitely one of the best VRBO rentals yet. The place was perfect for our stay while in Indy. The neighbor hood was walkable, and very safe. The house was amazing. It's like it told its own story. Our host was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond, very nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our group. Everyone slept great as the beds were clean and comfy. This place did not disappoint.
The house was beautiful, great location! Easy to drive in or take a scooter into downtown. Restaurants near by.We had 6 people -- it was super comfortable, with a full kitchen that we made good use of. The rooms were spacious and all the furniture was super comfortable. It was the best VRBO we ever had!10/10, would recommend and stay again!
Great property! Pictures were accurate, communications were very prompt and helpful and the best I can ever remember, great location and would definitely rent again!

Why they chose this property
Such a charming neighborhood with amazing neighbors. You can walk to Mass Ave or Bottleworks for all different types of coffee and cuisines. With us being in such a great spot, the only downfall is if you have multiple cars, street parking can get busy in the evenings.
What makes this property unique
Historic charm and a lot of original features. We are the ones that clean and maintain the property, so we know the place is loved and taken care of.
