Nice apartment, good size area. Wished there was a tv in bedroom. Area was pretty remote, not able to walk anywhere as hoped. The speakeasy at this apartment is not free to attend, had to buy tickets. (But not listings fault). Responsive Host!
Loved staying here. The condo was very clean and located incredibly close to Centennial Park.

We had an amazing time in Nashville. The apartment was wonderful. It had everything we needed for our stay and was within minutes of everything we wanted to do.
The whole experience down in Nashville was great. Our Airb&b was beyond perfect as well. After a night on the town, we came back to our room and it felt like home away from home.

We loved our stay at "Charming Nashville". The building and units are well designed and decorated, and it felt like we were locals. With a car we were just a quick drive from restaurants and music venues. The pool and bar area was perfect for a quick dip to relax and cool down. We plan to return next time!
Place is super cute and clean. Some UBER drivers were unfamiliar with how to get into the gate to pick us up but not the property's fault all just a heads up.
Location was great as was property. Cleanliness needs improvement, dirty mattress left in closet for sofa bed. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and hard on one’s back.
This cozy condo is in a great location within easy driving distance to downtown. It felt safe and peaceful. The bed was so comfortable! A must on vacation. There are train tracks right in back but it never bothered us. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.
Property was great...quiet, except for the train that came through located just behind the building. The only issue was that the coffee maker needed cleaned, as it would only brew a partial cup of coffee regardless of the amount of water added.
This property was very nice. Small but nice. The only thing I would recommend is not to stay here if you have more then 2 people. The couch bed was horrible and I'll probably have 3 months of chiropractic work to fix my body. Our room was 311 and it definitely needs a new couch.

Location was ideal, apartment was super cute. There were a few things specifically in the bathroom that could use attention: shower curtain was pink at the bottom (needs a wash) and it’s missing at least three curtain hangers. The toilet paper holder is very loose and swivels and is damaging the drywall. The sink faucet sprays water everywhere. But otherwise we loved it.
Non-working washer and dryer was a bummer. So was the fact that the entry code switched mid-trip. Property management was helpful though.

The bathtub faucet was not clean as every time I went to run the tub, black particles would come out of the faucet. The tub/shower itself was fine but the faucet should have been cleaned. I couldn’t take a bath bc of this and just took a shower instead.
Found a previous guest’s trash underneath the TV stand that should’ve been cleaned up.
Overall, the loft was cute and spacious but lacking BIG time on cleanliness.
The condominium is conveniently located to airport and downtown Nashville. WeGo bus transportation to downtown terminal travels on Charlotte Ave (Route 50) with EB stop at 22nd Ave N and WB stop at 20th Ave N. Short 2 block walk from condo to bus stops.
The not so good news is there is a train track right behind the building. If it's a short train, it's not so bad. If it's long, be ready to settle in for a soundtrack (pardon the pun) of rumbling cars and sreeching wheels. Also, the unit directly above had an occupant with a quite heavy stride. Don't know, if they were a guest or resident.
We only spent time to sleep and shower, so don't really have anything else to say. Overall, we unit met our needs and would recommend it to others.
