With the links just steps away, you’re ideally situated to take full advantage of this public course, as well as the exciting surrounding attractions of Branson City, Table Rock Lake, Silver Dollar City, and so much more! With so much to do and see for visitors of any age, your days are sure to be spent outdoors soaking in the sun and fresh Ozark air.
When you’re ready to head indoors, the condo is well-equipped with amenities and furnishings to ensure your perfect stay. Gorgeous hardwood floors run throughout the main living spaces, tying the rooms together to create an open setting with plenty of room to spread out. The spacious living room offers comfortable sofa and armchair seating surrounded by a cozy electric fireplace and large TV. Whether you settle down for a movie night or just need a quick afternoon nap, this space can accommodate it all. Steps away, a high-top dining table offers seating for 6 for formal dining or an exciting night of cards. Additional seating for 4 is available at the kitchen counter for quick bites or afternoon appetizers. The generous kitchen is fully equipped with all standard appliances, drip, and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, cookware, and dining ware. Should you decide you’re in the mood to whip up a home cooked meal, this kitchen is ready and able!
This home comfortably sleeps 10 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a queen-size sofa bed.
Bedroom #1 includes 2 queen-size beds, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed and TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #3 includes a king-size bed, TV, private balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the attached lot. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- This is a 3rd-floor, walk-up unit which requires 16 stair steps to access the main entrance. No elevator available.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
The exclusive gated community of StoneBridge Village offers many onsite amenities for you to enjoy including the LedgeStone 18-hole, par 71, championship golf course, the Club House and adjoining Grille, a gym, 2 pools, adventurous walking trails, and playgrounds for the little ones. The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. Silver Dollar City, only 10 minutes away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme and great for family fun! Downtown Branson, 20 minutes away, is a historic town dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
