While staying in this ideal spot for visitors who are eager to take on the challenge of the course, you’ll also be centrally located to explore all the excitement the picturesque Ozarks have to offer. Relax out on the shaded balcony facing the sweeping views of the course, with an outdoor café table with seating for 4. Plus, as a guest of Holiday Hills, you’ll have full use of resort amenities, such as sports courts and a seasonal outdoor pool.



Inside the condo, the open layout creates a seamless flow between each space, keeping you and your guests connected while allowing for private moments when needed. The living room is furnished with ample sofa and recliner seating proving a relaxing space for reading, watching TV, or just some casual conversation. Steps away, you can easily whip up entire meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all standard appliances, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, and dining ware. Enjoy a well-earned meal or turn up the fun with an exciting game night around the dining table with seating for 6.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.



- Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

- This is a walk-in unit – no stairs.

- Parking is available in the lot on a first-come, first-served basis for up to 2 vehicles.

- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- Pet friendly! An additional pet fee of $125 will be applied upon booking. 2 dogs maximum, 35 lbs. or less. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet. No pets on beds or furniture, must be in a crate if left alone.

- The INDOOR POOL is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.



This enviable location puts you less than 10 minutes from Downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley. Between your planned excursions and the fun you just happen to find, there’s truly something for everyone to enjoy.



In the heart of the Ozarks, you’ll also find there is no shortage of beautiful nature and outdoor activities to explore. Home on the Golf Range is just a short distance to the can’t miss swimming, fishing, and boating on Table Rock Lake. Nature preserves, epic hiking trails, and scenic outlooks are all around.
