This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Amazing mom/ daughter/ daughter-in-law weekend place
This VRBO was so clean and welcoming. AvantStay has a beautiful and comfortable aesthetic with everything needed for a beach weekend. The close proximity to the beach, pool, good restaurants and shopping was perfect for us. We will definitely return for future beach trips!

Been coming to this property for years. Easy beach access, quiet, nice pool, great location. For an older property, they continually update, refresh, and modernize for a visit that still surprises and delights.

We enjoyed this place. It is bright, comfortable, well maintained. Kitchen has all you need if you would like to cook there. The pool is nice and warm. It has a spa as well. Short walk to beach, public entrance.

Great stay! I love this location and have stayed in several units here. This one was the best yet - spacious, large porch, good sized rooms and beds. Kitchen was very well stocked the only thing we were missing was coffee filters. For an animal friendly condo it was very clean overall, I did notice the floors had some residue on them when wiping up a spill so perhaps a more deep mopping or steam cleaning but otherwise very clean. Would definitely book again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The living area was extremely spacious and comfortably accommodated our group, with plenty of seating for a large family to relax and spend time together. The dining space was equally impressive, offering generous counter space along with a large dining table that made meals easy and enjoyable.The main bedroom was excellent, with a conveniently located en-suite bathroom that added both comfort and privacy. The second bedroom was thoughtfully set up, featuring a good-sized bed along with bunk beds, making it ideal for a family with up to four children to sleep comfortably.The condo was spotless upon arrival and very well equipped with all the essentials needed for a relaxing stay, including a coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of utensils. It truly felt welcoming and well cared for. The pool and hot tub were both heated and exceptionally clean, which was a great bonus.The walk to the beach was only about three minutes and provided easy access to a public beach, so there were no concerns there at all. Parking was also very convenient, with ample space for two cars underneath the condo, keeping them shaded and protected.Overall, we would absolutely recommend this condo to friends and family, and we would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.
