The space
The property is freshly completed and is located in the southern part of Montanita in a quiet and residential area and in front of a beach break.

This boho stylish room is just in front of the pool, overlooking the ocean. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people with 1 king size bed + 1 twin bed OR 3 twin size beds (up to your preference). It has AC, closets, a work desk, a private bathroom with hot water and a private balcony.

You have access to an outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, utensils and crockeries.

You can enjoy the chilling areas, the pool and a gazebo with hammocks.

It's a 10-min walk away from "downtown" Montañita where you can find lots of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ATM, shops and a grocery store.

If you're a surfer, you'll enjoy the wide beach break straight in front of the property and the famous right point break: La Punta, located 15-min walk away.

The room is inside a gated property amongst 4 other units. Each room has its separate entrance. There is a main entrance, accessible with a keypad lock.

The pool area, chilling area, outdoor kitchen/dining area and hammock area is shared only with other guests.

The property is intended mostly for mid to long term rentals, in a quiet and family atmosphere.

Room cleaning is included during your stay, 2 to 3 times per week. Sheets, towels and amenities are included.

There is public parking outside the property.

Peace of mind is important to us, so it is not suitable for parties or loud noise.
