Cocoon space with and an alcoved bedroom that offers plenty room for a solo traveler or a couple . The studio is located on the Lower level of our Duplex and is completely private with its own entrance, private bathroom and without any sharing ! It is located in a quiet one way street a block from the subway. There are two small windows that can be opened and though there is not much light coming it makes for a pretty cosy place.

the studio without kitchen has actually a separate bedroom. You have your own bathroom, a living room area with two armchairs, a mini fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and necessary plateware/silverware. It is a completely private unit without any sharing where you enjoy full privacy! You'll find essentials like bedding, towels but also a lot of hospitality touches complimentary of your stay :)
Guest access
Guests have full access through a private entrance and don't share anything....
Other things to note
Only registered guests are allowed - maximum occupancy at all times is 2 guests
No smoking of any kind
respect the quiet hours (10pm-8am)
