Cozy lake front home with beach

About this space
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. There are views of a main Lake Norman channel, from almost every room in this 2000+ square foot house. Large dock, yard and fire pit. Unless the water is super high there is also a beach. Kids and adult kayaks. The 4th bedroom listed is actually the sunroom but has bunks and a pullout sofa. Great for kids.
NOTE: Please acknowledge that the showers are super clean but a little outdated. The boat shown is for illustrative purposes only.

Great girlfriends getaway!

Me and 7 of my girlfriends comfortably stayed at Carly’s home. When we had a minor issue she was so quick to respond. Having access to the dock and the beach is definitely a plus! Our favorite part was having coffee outside on the lawn in the morning overlooking the lake.

Guests will love the beach town vibes of the neighborhood. Our house is located on a dead end street and next to a large community lot, which makes it great for kids and family activities.

Our backyard and dock look out over Stutts Marina which makes boat rentals a breeze and the large community lot next door isn’t like anything you will find at another property.
