Private fenced in yard off the living room with sliding door access. Brand new kitchen and bath with new appliances just installed. Recessed lighting throughout with A/C, washer/dryer and garbage disposal. Ride your bike or walk into downtown Dunedin. The calendar is open for this Season.

Perfect cottage

Stayed in town for 6 weeks. Couldn’t have had a better experience at the cottage. Property manager was very accessible and quick to respond to any questions. The property was wonderfully quiet and clean and well done. 10/10 recommend and would stay there again!
