The cottage retains its original stone walls, crafted by the owner’s late uncle, and is now nestled on an exclusive, private point along the shoreline—where sunrise to sunset views take center stage.

Designed to fully embrace the natural beauty of Lake Erie, the cottage offers a variety of peaceful places to unwind. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the covered porch’s wicker furniture, sway in a hammock under the maples at the water’s edge, or gather around the Adirondack chairs in the yard or the firepit on the beach. Inside, a cozy, slipcovered sofa in the front room offers panoramic lake views that feel close enough to touch.

The open interior layout is made for gathering. A farmhouse dining table seats up to eight, with a second table in the front room accommodating six—perfect for meals, puzzles, or game nights. Outside, a large picnic table and string lights over the hammock add extra charm to evening dinners or laid-back afternoons.

In the living room, original stonework frames the gas fireplace with a custom black walnut mantle, creating a cozy nook with slipcovered seating and a TV for quiet evenings indoors. White tongue-and-groove wood paneling throughout the home gives the cottage a clean, timeless feel.

The kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind, featuring upscale appliances, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, farmhouse sink, and open shelving. Four barstools at the peninsula invite casual conversation while cooking. A dry bar with beverage fridge and ice maker adds convenience for entertaining. Just outside, a gas grill sits on a stone patio surrounded by trees—perfect for evening grilling and gathering.
