We were there for a weekend, were not at the house a lot. Cooked one meal there and the house had all we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Still had the fresh paint smell of a new house.
This was a great choice for family visiting in town. The host was great on communication and the house was more than we imagined! Thank you for an amazing stay!

The home was well-equipped with three comfortable beds and two clean bathrooms. The hosts were fabulous—very welcoming—and provided clear, helpful instructions that made our stay smooth and enjoyable.
Nice and quiet with plenty of room to spread out if desired but also if you and fellow guests want to hang out in the kitchen or livingroom.Instructions to check in were sent and easy to follow.
The owner accompanied us wonderfully. Quiet neighbor not too close, but close enough to everything. The husbands had a great time placing ping pong in the garage. Thanks for allowing us to stay.
Hey, I live here locally, and I was able to rent this cute cottage for some family that came to visit us. They enjoyed the stay and it was convenient! We look forward to running again in the near future when we have family and friends come visit us here in Lubbock, Texas.
Home was clean and well kept, in a nice quiet neighborhood. Communication from the host was excellent. Nice touches: restrooms had shampoo and bodywash, kitchen ready to cook a meal or have cup of coffee, and there was a ping pong table in garage, that we hope to use next time. Dinning and shopping are nearby as well.
The house was adorable, clean and comfortable. Erin was my contact and though I needed nothing during the stay she answered my questions before arrival quickly. Loved the area, it was central to restaurants, shopping and Tech. Will definitely stay here again. Recommend highly
Nice quiet neighborhood.Close to anything we needed.Property manager covered everything before we arrived, never needed to contact them during our stay. Pictures in post are exactly what we walked into.
The yard was extremely small but it was very windy and rainy anyway. The neighborhood is still under construction but once we drove through it our cul de sac was very quiet. The host was very friendly and quick to respond.
Probably just me, but the old Southwest Conference colored pictures were a fun surprise. I actually won the last Southwest Conference championship ring ever won before heading into the Big 12. 1996 SWC champions from University of Texas at Austin Track and Field.
New home, minimalist decor, very quiet neighborhood. We used it just to sleep and it was great. Entertained the toddler grandkids overnight one night and it was perfect. Within walking distance of a nice neighborhood park. Huge TVs in every room. Front door access a breeze.
