The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all trash into proper trash can (GREEN with black lid) and recycling in blue trash can. Secure normal trash with the tie down to prevent animals from getting into it
Place all used towels upstairs in the master bath
Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run a cycle before departure
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If using outside BBQ, make sure to move it out from under the covered deck so smoke doesn’t ruin the ceiling while you’re cooking. Move it back
As much as possible, if you have pets, do not allow them access to the carpeted rooms downstairs. This will prevent future accidents.
Always return any and all remotes to the area in which they belong.

We had a great stay at this Nevada City house while our crew was in town working. The house is large, clean, and extremely comfortable, plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax after long days. Parking was abundant, which made logistics easy for a working crew with multiple vehicles. The layout worked perfectly for a group stay, and the overall vibe was calm and welcoming. This place was exactly what we needed and we’d happily stay here again.

Lovely comfortable and spacious.

Two kitchens, one on each level was great for letting the younger generation have their space while the older gen visited upstairs. Gorgeously furnished. Didn’t realize getting to the grocery would require driving back into Nevada Coty, but it’s only about 15 minutes and a beautiful drive at that.

Great Place!

It was an overall great experience. House is as advertised and felt very homey. Would definitely recommend to others. Only feedback I’d give is to have a pamphlet of some sort outlining details of the house including locations of certain things in the house just so that way communication isn’t as relied on from the lister through the app.
