Glenbrook House with High Speed Internet

Glenbrook House is centrally located, 5 min to Nevada City or Grass Valley. It has epic sunset views, ample parking, a spacious interior with open floor plan, kitchen island and hardwood floors throughout. 55” Smart TV and 5.1 Sound system. Private office and high speed internet offers distance work/school and fold out couch. Private deck with seating for 8 overlooking the pond and a private gazebo. Play croquet around the pond during warmer months. Gate to irrigation canal offers leisurely strolls to a waterfall.

This is a fantastic Vacation Rental. The moment you drive into the large circular driveway and see the towering Oaks, Cedars, and Horse sculpture, you will understand the magic of our forest. The surrounding gardens will enchant you, all year round. Central Heat and AC, in addition to wood burning stove stocked with dry wood. Enjoy a two person soaking bath tub in the master bathroom lit by a dimmable chandelier with a view of the stars and garden.

The Glenbrook House is located on over an acre, which have lovingly been developed into a massive food forest. The Organic Veganic Gardens will delight those of all ages. This property is perfect for a couple who wants space to spread out, or for a family reunion. There are numerous areas to sit and soak in the gardens with friends or a good book.

Glenbrook House is centrally located, with easy access to shopping, dining, theaters, and 15 minutes to the Yuba River. It is a family neighborhood, located just 5 minutes to Grass Valley or Nevada City.

Glenbrook House offers plenty of parking onsite. You know you’re there when you see the large wooden horse sculpture as you pull into the driveway. We may allow parties of 20 or so guests for Wedding Rehearsals and similar events with an addition fee. We ask that the outdoor noise be attenuated after 10 pm to respect our neighbors. Please let us know in advance if you would like to have more people than your nightly guests. The standard nightly fee is for 6 guests. Additional guests will be charged $25 per guest for the number of nights of your reservation.

We love this the Glenbrook house in the woods, right next to a wonderful hiking path. It is well stocked, pet friendly, comfortable and close to both Nevada city and Grass Valley. Charlie provided very helpful suggestions for arrival and activities. Our stay to attend Victorian Christmas coincided with an atmospheric river, but we thoroughly enjoyed the wood stove, lovely house (and musical instruments), and walks along the canal with rainboots and umbrellas. The layout was great for gathering with family and sharing meals, board games, and cookie decorating. Would definitely consider staying again!

We had an amazing time in the house was perfect for all of our guests. The host was accommodating and worked with us since we had to bring our dog at the last minute. The house is pet friendly. Very nice relaxing place, located in a pine forest setting. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving gathering. There were 2 photos ofvthe same room. One with couch , one with bed. Because we did not study the photos closely, we thought there was 5 bedrooms, not 4.Highly recommended this place. We love that this property is close to town and yet has the feel of being out in the woods. The private gate to the irrigation canal and trail is very special and we encourage guests to enjoy it either direction from Banner. This property also has wonderful views and the sunsets are spectacular!

Large Property with zip line, trampoline, playground and beautiful views. The deck with seating looks over the pond and gazebo. There are dozens of fruiting trees to enjoy and fresh cut flowers for each guest.
