Discover this 3-bedroom gem in East Dennis with central air and sleeps 6-8. This delightful house features a queen bed with an attached half bath, a comfortable bedroom with 2 full beds, and a 3rd bedroom with a luxurious king bed. The main bathroom with tub and shower is located in the hallway. Home features Wi-Fi, large smart TV in living room, TV in each bedroom and towels & linens are provided. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunroom or outside deck. Small kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker. Dining room table and multiple seating areas outside to enjoy your meal. Weber grill to barbecue outdoors. After a day at the beach, come home to rinse off in the outdoor shower and enjoy the in-ground pool and jacuzzi (BOTH OPEN SEASONALLY June-September). At night, relax in an Adirondack chair around the firepit. Washer/dryer located in basement. Garage is filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, lawn Jenga and an extra refrigerator to keep your favorite beverages cold. Ample parking in the driveway. Close to Cold Storage Beach, Sea Street Beach and Sesuit Harbor. Just a 4.4 mile drive to beautiful Mayflower Beach.

The property is clean and well kept. Plenty of amenities. Lots of places close by for food and ice cream. Pirates cove for mini golf and dinner at the lobster boat was a highlight for us.

The house was wonderful. Even better than the photos. We appreciated the ample supply of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare our food. The grill was excellent as was all the outdoor seating and the fire pit! The weather was a little chilly for the pool, but the hot tub was perfect!

Great stay

Loved our time on sears road! The house was exactly as described and was more than satisfactory. Host was easy and quick with responses. Will definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this Dennis Home! Literally everything needed is on hand. Fully stocked kitchen, beautiful Cape Cod decor, a finished basement for hanging out and an oh so relaxing pool area.

Beautiful house that has everything! Enjoyed our stay and will return in the future. The furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, privacy are just a few things to mention. Owners are very nice and reply quickly.

Family Trip

Terrific Stay! This listing has everything you need for a great family vacation. Kids stayed in the pool for hours. Hot tub was great too! Backyard has a fire pit and grill all of which we utilized everyday of our stay. We brought our inflatable screen and had a movie a smore night. The house has everything you need and is truly a turn key operation. The owner immediately welcomed us and was in contact during the entire stay. We can’t wait to come back!!!

Golf trip

Place was nice. Clean and well kept. Only downfall was hot tub was shut down for the season. And that wasnt mentioned in original listing. Otherwise everything was good.

Fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed this cozy home! It was tastefully decorated with a beachy vibe and very well equipped. The owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. I mentioned we were staying for our 20th anniversary and they even left a bottle of champagne. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed both the hot tub and fire pit. The location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

Cape Cod Family Vacation

My Family of 4 (2 adult kids) stayed for a week in June. I chose this house mostly because of the pool/hot tub, knowing the weather in June can be cool. That worked out well because it was cold and rainy for most of the week. The house and backyard with patio/pool/firepit/outdoor shower are beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked- there was nothing we needed that was not there. The beds were very comfy and had very nice linens. The kids often walked to the beach(25 min) and my husband and I drove(5min) to Sea Street beach/parking area. I appreciated that this is a Nonsmoking home- no cigarette smell. It was great to have central air- we did not need it until the last day and it worked well. Great laundry area in basement. We didn’t utilize the finished basement area- but would be great for a family with younger kids to hangout. The neighborhood was quiet and pretty. Overall I would highly recommend.

Our Dennis Trip

We stay at this beautiful house for 4 days, 3 nights. We had some crazy weather during our stay which changed our plans but we made the most of it.There were board games available for us to play and we also had TVs so we watched a movie.Due to a lot of rain and storms we weren’t able to go outside much or for very long and it wasn’t till the morning of our last day that we could really sit out on the patio for a little bit. Had the weather been better it would’ve been great to be out there as there is a patio set, grill and fire pit to use.As it was the off season the pool wasn’t ready.We did get a couple short opportunities to go in the hot tub which was great. There is a wonderful ice cream shop, Smuggler's that is a hop skip n a jump away. Amazing homemade ice cream.There is a good pizzeria, Bunceys that’s just as close too. We attempted to have breakfast at Grumpy’s but you want to get there very early as it gets crowded fast.The mall in Hyannis is about 20 mins away and has a great food court and shops. Main St in Hyannis is also about 20 mins away, it was nice out our last evening so we went for dinner at Palio Pizzeria, a nice walk and shopping on the strip. The property manager was amazing and stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and was very understanding when we decided to end our trip a day early because of the weather. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful house.

This is a very nice house on the cape. It was extremely comfortable and clean. It was such an extra bonus to have the pool and jacuzzi which my family totally enjoyed! We hope to go there again next year!
