This beachfront apartment is designed for travellers who want to stay close to beaches and want to be surrounded by nature and greeneries.
What it means - everything from water sports to fine-dining is within a walking distance. You will find a wide range of local & international eateries, restaurants and bars within a very close vicinity like Hard Rock, award-winning Japanese Restaurant, fine-dine restaurants, beachfront seafood places, halal/Arabian cuisines, Starbucks and McDonalds. You can also enjoy night markets and shop for arts, clothings and antiques. English is widely practised. Last but not least, important to ladies - you can enjoy a wide range of affordable spas, massages and beauty treatments.
This apartment is more than 1200 sqft and it's a good size for 4 adults. It comes with a sofa bed for an additional adult. In addition, there is a baby cot available for your baby.
It's fully furnished, ie you can cook to eat in, do your own laundries, chill out with cable TVC and wifi. It's free to use the gym and swimming pool. Air conditioning and fans are provided. There is a covered car park with lift services. More importantly, it comes with a 24-hour security management.
Just a 10-min away, you will reach Penang National Park where you can relax on pristine beaches, spot some wildlife like monkeys & turtles, hike to Monkey Beach or even camp overnight. Not to mention that the journey to National Park is very scenic. You can also stop by for Spice Garden and orchard parks.

Wake up to the sunshine and have a swim in the pool

Close to restaurants and beach. The food is delicious and not expensive. There’s a balcony overlooking the hills where you can watch the sunset

Amazing location and comfortable apartment

Comfortable apartment in the heart of Batu. Clean, plenty of room for two couples, great aircon in every room, full kitchen and huge balcony with view of the ocean. Pool and parking on site. Highly recommend!

Excellent property. It had all we could hgave asked for. Importantly, unlike other properties we have stayed at in Batu Fereringhi, there was no problem with street noise, so a quiet sleep was enjoyed by us both

The appartment was very good, clean and provided with everything needed. The complex itself is luxurious, well kept and secure, the only thing that can be better is more sunbeds at the swimming pool: 6 is not enough. The host Evelyn who was waiting for us, was very kind and took her time explaining everything The beach itself can be improved and the sea is unfortunately not suitable foor swimming due to polution and jelly fish but this is a Penang problem Concluding: this appartment is highly recommended by us

Perfect location to enjoy Batu Ferringgi

Four of us stayed here for the month of January 2020 and had a fabulous time. There was plenty room for four people to live comfortably. The facilities were just as advertised (excellent!) and the pool area was exactly what we needed. The hardest problem each day was to decide (a) when to leave the pool and (b) where to eat at night. There are so many great food options nearby. We came up with some favorites and as we left one of those (Lebanon) was moving to right next door. The booking and check-in processes were both smooth and Evelyn was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We will be back!

A beautiful luxurious apartment in Batu Ferringhi

We had a great stay at this beautiful and clean apartment. The host was prompt and showed us al the details. The complex is very clean,, well kept and secure. The beach, as in the whole of Penang, is from a lesser quality, but this is compensated with the great pool. The sea is not suitable for swimming but this is also a Penang problem The complex is right to the centre of Batu and everything is on a walking distance. The only thing that should be improved is the number of sunbeds round the pool, 6 is just not enough

Well laid out, comfortable and clean apartment, just as described. Peaceful, secure setting yet handy for local restaurants, shops etc. Owner is helpful and responsive. Great for family wanting easy access to beach.

I have furnished this apartment by having my family and myself as travellers in mind - modern but cozy. More importantly, it has all the basic things you need when you travel.

Why they chose this property

I grew up in Kuala Lumpur but I have always enjoyed my stays in Penang for her rich heritage and experiences. I bought this apartment for my family vacations and own retirement. This apartment is also one of the very rare beachfront residential properties in Penang and the only luxury condominium situated on Batu Ferringhi beach directly. My family and I love the surrounding activities very much and always have new things to explore.
