A wood-burning fireplace anchors the living room, where you can unwind, pop in a favorite DVD, and open the balcony doors for a breath of crisp alpine air. The sofa converts to a sleeper for two.
The kitchen is equipped with appliances to make meal prep easy, and the adjacent dining table seats 4—ideal for a quick breakfast before the shuttle or a relaxed dinner while the snow falls.
The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, TV, and a convenient separate vanity area. A full ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo completes the layout.
Onsite perks include shared laundry facilities and community tennis courts (open seasonally). Parking is available for two vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis; parking passes will be waiting inside the unit.

Important Things to Note
• Stairs: Stairs are required at this home.
• Parking: Up to 2 vehicles in the complex lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are unassigned. Parking passes are required and will be located inside the unit.
• Shuttle & skiing: The condo sits at Meridian Blvd and Old Mammoth Rd with convenient access to the free town shuttle. • The Green Line goes to Little Eagle Lodge (about 3 minutes), and the Red Line connects to The Village and Main Lodge.
• Communal amenities: The community pool, hot tub, sauna, and BBQ areas are currently unavailable due to renovations until further notice. Tennis courts are available in summer only.
• WiFi: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes’ remote mountain location, speed and reliability can vary and are not guaranteed.
• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please do not bring pets; additional cleaning charges will apply if evidence of pets is found.
• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.
• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!
• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.
• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
