Review

Nice that all of the workers were able to eat meals together. The location was perfect to their place of work. The guys lost their key, host quickly had another one made and met them at their place of work to deliver the key to them. Appreciate the hosts attentiveness to our needs. Able to accommodate our need to extend the stay.

Nice ares

Overall this house was great. The neighborhood was nice and very close yo IUP so walkable. Only complaints i have was no towel rack in the bathroom and smoke detectors had been removed except for upstairs and back bedroom. Well furnished home ..pretty much everything we needed. Host was verh nice to work with as well. Would we stay here again,? Definitely!

On the day of check in the host cancelled our reservation/had double booked the property. We had corresponded several times about the stay in the time since I made the reservation (6 months prior). He blamed Vrbo, but IMHO he should have known/ kept track of his bookings. Vrbo immediately refunded the fees, and partially covered the extra expenses incurred to book a hotel at the last minute. So yay to Vrbo.

Well, I am surmised you wrote this false review after all the explanations I provided you. What you are ignorant of is that Vrbo had closed my account over 3 months before your check in cancelled all past and future bookings... I was shocked they left yours on for no reason and we HAVE NOTHING to do with thar. Take out your bitterness out on Vrbo afterall you got your full refund from Vrbo.
