Loved the place! Great location & host!The place is super cute and the bed is so comfortable! The two chairs with ottomans in the dinning room were perfect to relax with a hot cup of tea and the word search book left by the host.Perfect weekend with my family to visit IUP's open house for our daughter.Also, you have try Josephine's for the delicious brick oven pizza & Naps for some delicious homemade pasta! Oh and let's not forget Cannella Cafe for breakfast! We will definitely be staying here again!

This was as a convenient location to downtown and worked well for a place to stay while visiting family from out of town. House was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Chris was wonderful to work with and always there if we had a question or needed a recommendation.

What a comfortable and cozy place to stay! The location is perfect for a visit to Indiana --- close to downtown, IUP, shopping, and even a lovely park with hiking trails. Chris, our host, was terrific: great communication and the property was just as described. We enjoyed quiet walks in the neighborhood and the back deck is perfect for a morning or evening cup of coffee. The bed was comfy and the bath was well appointed. We had a wonderul stay. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Short Stay

We needed a place to stay for 1 night since all of the hotels were booked, and I'm so glad we found this little gem. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, and we had a lot more space for close to the same price. It was stocked with everything that we needed. Quick Visit

This cute place was just what we needed for our quick family visit. I only have one small issue & that was the person upstairs started a treadmill work out at 11 p.m. on Sunday night and it went for an hour. It is truly a lovely place.
