Absolutely panoramic Ocean views are yours from this fabulous Nye Beach condo! It has a great open floor plan which makes for a very comfortable and relaxed feeling with all the comforts of home. It is located on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible with a designated parking space ( # 107)directly across from the front door.
Not toddler proofed. Wall heaters low to floor with no partitions in place. Open stairs out deck to ground level.
It has one large bedroom with queen bed and two full bathrooms. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests as well as a roll away bed available to accommodate a total of 2-4 people. Relax on the covered deck to view the ocean and fabulous sunsets, or enjoy the grassy lawn directly out the patio doors. Cable HDTV in the large living area with available DVD player. Free Internet access. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare and enjoy your meals with all the finest dinnerware and service. Many extra condiments with coffee and teas. Within easy walking distance you can enjoy the quaint historic Nye Beach district with lots of restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and gift shops, or enjoy a stroll on the beach. The deck is protected with plexiglass front and overhead coverage and has chairs for sitting to enjoy the fresh outdoors. Or enjoy the fabulous sunsets from indoors as well as the wild winter surfs.

I love the relaxing effect the beach has for me and I enjoy offering it to guests who can take advantage of it also. It has a therapeutic effect which relieves tension and depression.

There are so many wonderful places to enjoy which includes: The Beach!(walk barefoot from the front door, or watch for whales from the balcony), Nye Beach Book House, Chowder at the Chowder Bowl, Cafe' Stephanie's famous chocolate chip cookies and delicious food, Newport Performing Arts Center, Visual Arts Center and Galleries, Bay Front and Yaquina Bay Lighthouse and State Park (5 minute drive),Oregon Coast Aquarium (10 min. south), Hartfield Marin Science Center (10 min south), Golf courses at Agate Beach (15 min. North) and Salishan (30 min. North)
