Two bedroom beach cottage located at Pine Point Beach in Scarborough. This extensive beach community is perfect destination for a family vacation and getaway. Relax in the peaceful backyard or porch with beautiful views overlooking the salt-water marsh. Located one block from public beach access.

The cottage gives you access to multiple restaurants and activities within walking distance. You can fish off the jetty with bait/tackle shops located on the street. Local restaurants include: Salty Bay, Bayley's Lobster Pound, The Clam Bake, Mister Bagel, Salty Bay, and Ken's Seafood. Rent kayaks or stand up paddle boards to explore the area from the sea. The excitement of Old Orchard Beach is about 2 miles away with the boardwalk, shopping, bars, restaurants, arcades, the Pier, games, and amusement park.

The historic downtown city of Portland, ME is also located within driving distance. Seaside cobblestone streets are lined with shops, boutiques, restaurants, coffee shops, and art galleries. Boating tours take place daily. Take a short ferry ride to one of Maine's Islands or go aboard a lobstering boat and catch your very own lobster.

The cottage includes basic cable, internet, heat, water, electricity, washer and dryer, basic kitchen, 1 bathroom, bath linens, bedding, and back/front porch. There is one wall AC unit in the Kitchen and a fan in each of the bedrooms.

1 bedroom: Queen size bed
2nd bedroom: 1 twin bed, 1 twin trundle bed
Living room: Full-size pull out couch

Other Things to Note

There is a 1 week minimum for summer booking checking in and out on Saturday. Check in is at 3pm and out is at 10am.
