Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay. The property has a great location and was very clean. The house is great and includes everything we needed for the stay. We were 7 and didn’t realize that there was only one bathroom, but it worked well. The weather was hot and the 3rd bedroom does not have an AC, but fans were provided.

Beautiful home and surroundings

My family and I were able to come together in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed. Very clean and efficient. Communication with host was easy. Responses came quickly. We all agreed we would like to return. Thank you for such a wonderful home to be with my family

Perfect Family Vacation

Stayed here mid-June 2023 with my family of 5 (wife and 3 young kids). The property is very well maintained, both inside and out, and has all the amenities of home. Too many positives to mention, however my personal favorites were the location to the beach (2 min walk), large deck with picnic table and grill, private yard out back for the kids to play, fully stocked new/newer kitchen and the brand new A/C! We stayed during a heat wave (90+ degs), and the new units kept the place cool and dry. Overall a perfect week. We will be returning and have already started planning for next year!

Lovely home so close to beach

This was a perfect location and home for our family. (Kids ages 9, 11, 14, 16.) The home was clean, the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen met all our needs, and the yard was so nice to have for the kids. I love the covered porches on these New England homes! The trees around the property were so beautiful in their fall colors. And the few minutes walk to the beach was enjoyed each day of our stay. A few improvements might be: some extra blankets, and to install a toilet paper holder and towel racks.

Home away from home

From the moment I opened the door I felt at home here. This place was extremely clean, open and inviting stocked with everything one would need. Also to my surprise had a crib which was useful. Location was perfect with a short walk to beach. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the drains with the tub and shower. Heating system was new it appeared though I had a difficult time regulating. Same with remotes to TV . Those were all minor details and the host replied immediately to my concerns. Honestly this place was a gem and I was fortunate to create family memories there. Thank you
