THINGS TO KNOW:
- The property allows 2 vehicles - one in the driveway and one in the garage
- When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
- When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
- -When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fee of $450/month will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
- When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-Pool Heat is an optional fee to be paid after booking. One day notification is required in order to heat the pool, a fee of $75/day with a 3 day minimum will be required to turn on pool heat. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
- Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
