La sala de estar ofrece un montón de espacio abierto pero áreas para reuniones íntimas. We had a wonderful stay. The front porch with all the chairs, outside fireplace, and park were amazing places to gather. Having the park was such a plus for the younger kids and adult kids as well!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved the house and would stay here again. Great location, in the middle of it all. We rented a golf cart- very easy process. House was clean and kitchen was full of all pans/ utensils , and appliances for us to cook easily. We loved the fire pit and the front porch swing. It was a great time for our group of 10, 6 adults, 2 college kids and 2 high schoolers.

Amazing stay!

We had the most amazing time at this property. They have thought of everything! The furnishings are so beautiful and the kitchen so well-stocked. We are so grateful for the good, supportive care of Lakestay rentals, too. We will definitely be back!

Great house, location & kitchen! Felt like Home away from Home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely home with a fully equipped kitchen and location was very nice. Quick access to the pool and adjacent to the park was fantastic for the grandkids. This was our 3rd year for coming to Carlton Landing and we look forward to our time there. This has been our favorite location so far. A couple things I think need to be reviewsed is that fact there is NO DRAWERS in the main Master. If you would remove that table under the TV and put in a dresser with drawers, that would improve that room immensely. Even nightstands with drawers would help. Also the upstairs queen bed appears to need to be replaced , it has a big swale in the middle. It would be nice if it was replaced with a king bed. The room is plenty big for that. Plus that room needs a TV also. Each bedroom needs a TV if possible. There was not any dishcloths, only a scrubber. They now have disposable dishcloths which would be nice. There were two dish towels, but not dishcloths. The ice machine was a favorite with everyone! Fantastic! Truly a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but with two married children we would have preferred to have another king bed in the house. Let us know if they ever decide to do that. We would stay again for sure! We would definitely recommend this house. Thanks for another great vacation!I did notice some cob webs and corners that didn't seem to have been cleaned well. I pulled out the drawer in the stove to get a cookie sheet and there was a lot of dirt and cobwebs there.

Summertime Fun!

This is a beautiful well kept home in a prime location. My wife, daughter, son-in-law, four grandchildren and I had a wonderful time. The amenities were amazing and well maintained. There was something for everyone and my grandchildren were never bored. We will be back!

Fun Family Weekend

The house was great for our family. Although the living area/kitchen was a bit small for 12 people, there was plenty of seating. The one disappointment was that there was no grill, although one was listed. Cooking fajitas on an electric stove was less than optimal, but we managed. It’s a great location and would recommend.

Perfect for extended family and thanksgiving

Two bedrooms downstairs made it perfect for the older people to not use stairs and the three bedrooms upstairs fit our needs perfectly. The family room and kitchen were amazing. We also loved the porch swing and the fire pit. Kitchen had everything we needed! (But be aware... if you’re coffee drinkers, they only have a keurig and start you with just a few pods. Thankfully we read this so brought our own coffee maker and grounds!) the neighborhood is amazing and we loved the central location of this home. We would definitely stay again. Comfortable, charming, beautiful and fun. 10 out of 10!

Awesome Place to stay

This was a wonderful place to stay for our girls trip. The five bedrooms accommodated, the nine girls very comfortably and they were outstanding rooms. They had everything we needed for nothing. They have a awesome fire pit outside in Greenbelt right next to the house. We came down to play pickle ball in the community actually purchased new Pickleball nets because the old ones were in terrible shape. Super nice community.

Weekend Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and in-laws stayed at the Sky Blue Cottage over the weekend for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Once you turn in to Carlton Landing, you morph into a different time and scene. The community is comprised of beautiful homes like you would see on the coast. There are kids riding their bikes around town, adults going for a jog or walking their dog, just a laid back care free theme. The property was as described and was perfect for our family. My only complaint with the property was the television service. We had several small children and had it not been for the DVD's we had with us, they wouldn't have had tv to watch because the cable service was in and out every 5 minutes. Other than that small issue, the home was perfect. We walked around the entire community, went to a fish fry that night and just relaxed. If you're looking for an escape, this is the place.

It was very clean and had everything you can need. We stay at many places and we constantly don’t have this or that and they have it all. It’s in a perfect location right off the park and close to the meeting house. I would stay again for sure.
