Découvrez ce nouveau chalet sur Center Lane. Emplacement central parfait pour la piscine communautaire Boardwalk ainsi que le front de mer. Cette maison de deux chambres et deux salles de bain est de taille parfaite pour une petite famille pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 7 personnes. Profitez des repas en famille à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec un magnifique porche grillagé avec ensemble de salle à manger. Cette maison offre un lit king size dans la chambre en bas avec une salle de bain attenante. A l'étage, vous trouverez un lit queen-size ainsi qu'un ensemble de lits superposés jumeaux, avec un autre lit gigogne en dessous.
À l'Ă©tage, les clients pourront Ă©galement profiter de leur propre salle de bains.

Comfy and Close to Everything.

Super clean and comfortable place for small families that is a short walk to all of the amenities of Carlton Landing. The screened in porch is perfect for family dinners.

Magnolia Escape was a great weekend escape!

Loved the property. Great location to all the fun! Worked great for myself, my daughter and my two grandchildren. The kids enjoyed the pool, the beach, and the playground and didn't want to leave!

Stay at Carlton Landing - July 2021

We had a great time during our stay at Carlton Landing! The property was great for our family. The only small issues we had were that the front porch was somewhat dirty and could have been cleaned better, and the couch in the living room was not very large, making it not a great place for relaxing in the evenings. Other than that, the stay was great and we would definitely go back!

Great experience

Had a wonderful time in this home at this location! Only complaints are very minor— the water dispenser from the fridge sounds like something is dying, and the blinds on the front door are not attached at the bottom so they slam a few times each time the door is opened and closed. Otherwise it was awesome and we will be back!

Great property clean and accurate listing

Great property and area. The listing was very accurate. The property was super clean. Linens were nice quality. The town itself was also a really nice destination. I'd like to give 4.5 stars on the property management question. Their email quantity was a bit overwhelming. I also would have preferred my access code via VRBO rather than the property management company website. Overall we'd be happy to stay here again and would recommend it others.

Nice getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Carlton Landing is a great midwestern getaway. Lake Eufala is a hidden gem, great for boating with all of the sandy beaches on the shore. The house was the perfect size for our family. We enjoyed our stay very much. Due to all of the construction and the gravel roads, the exterior was very dirty. Areas of the home could use a better attention to detail - dirty blinds and baseboards, dusty shelves. But the areas that really matter were very clean (kitchen, showers, toilets etc.). I would recommend a more regular power wash to the two porches so they are more usable for renters!

The home is well laid out and is in a cozy location. As a head’s up, the kitchen island with 4 barstools is the only dining table option indoors. A sweet side, screened porch has a table with 6 chairs available. If you are staying longer than 2 nights in any CL rental property, remember to bring extra laundry and dishwasher pods, extra kitchen trash bags, extra paper towels or napkins (only one roll of paper towels and no napkins). This particular home did not have a grill or crockpot or any appliance in the kitchen beyond a baking sheet or two. Carlton Landing is an amazing family, friendly vacation spot and all homes are absolutely darling.

Relaxing getaway

It was close to the Boulevard Pool and the food truck area. I recommend Mama Tig’s Pizza. Very delicious and reasonably priced! We also ate at The Meeting House a few times and it was great too. A few things to be aware of: 1) Even with the map in the app, we had a difficult time finding the home. 2) Between the construction and constant mowing, it was LOUD outside during the day. 3) Pots, pans and baking sheets inside the home aren’t in great shape. They were usable, but definitely could be upgraded. All and all still a wonderful place.

Great location

We had a nice stay at this rental. The location is great for the neighborhood. Beds, linens, towels are all great and comfortable. My only comments are the sofa is super uncomfortable (which I believe another reviewer mentioned)
I’d definitely recommend a more comfortable living room seating option. The screened in porch was pretty dirty and the table needed to be wiped down significantly. Other than that we enjoyed the rental.
