About the villa:

If you looking for a modern, relaxing, beautiful place to spend your holiday in Bali, this villa is perfect for you... Located in Petitenget area, the hip and modern corner of Seminyak that is famous for its food street", beach lounges and clubs (W retreat & spa, Potato Head, Mirror, Mint...) you will find the charming villa nestling in 180 m of land. This villa offer you a nice and simple design for your hideaway in a super quiet environment.

The villa was built on 2014 with modern minimalist design and will provide you with a relaxing, peaceful and private atmosphere due to the quiet location where it stands. Although located in such a quiet and safe area, the villa is only a few minutes walk from all the Petitenget and Seminyak action where you can find the best dinning, night clubs and shops that Bali has to offer. And on top of all that, Petitenget beach is only about 7 minutes walk from the villa through a short cut that takes you right in between famous W retreat and Mosaic Beach club! You can't dream of a better location!

You can pretty much find anything you need walking distance from the villa, such a a supermarket, pharmacy, spas, boutiques etc...

2 of the bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the pool so you can pretty much jump in from your bed ;) The other bedroom has direct access to the wood deck.

Note that although the villa is originally equipped for 6 people, we can also host 2 extra persons for an extra charge of $20/night/person. Sleeping arrangement in that case will be an extra mattress and/or the sofa in the living room. Towels will also be provided for them.

Interaction with Guests
As I'm not often in Bali, it will generally be my staff that will welcome you at the villa and take care of you during your stay. We also provide a local hand-phone so you can always reach us if you need anything. If I'm not in Bali, I'm always reachable via email and I guaranty to respond fast. My team is trained to take good care of our guests and make sure they have a wonderful stay ;)

The way from airport usually takes around 30 minutes (depending on traffic). If using our transfer service, the driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name. Either my staff or myself will will welcome you at the villa and give you a quick tour. We will be the one taking care of you during your stay so don't hesitate to contact us via the provided hand-phone if you have any request. Otherwise, if you don't need us, we will simply give you privacy and let you fully enjoy your trip in Bali ;)

Villa is also fully staffed with our wonderful maid and our garden and pool maintenance staff. If you need anything, our maid will be there everyday to assist you but she also knows how to give you some privacy.
Security post on duty from 8pm to 8am next to the villa to keep you safe at night.

Breakfast can be organized daily but you would need to pay for the food and give a tip to the maid for the extra work Either you can buy the groceries yourself and the maid cooks it for you or you can give her some money to go buy the food for you (she will present you the supermarket bill to make sure you know what you paid for...).

Also, my team and myself will always be happy to help you with booking any activities, excursions, scooters, car, boat tickets etc... Along the years of experience, we developed a network of partners and can therefore offer you everything you need at the best price!

Overview of the neighborhood:

Quiet and trusty neighborhood with many villas and hotels.

A few minutes walk away also from popular restaurants like The Butchers Club Burger (best burgers in town), The Holy Crab, Taco Casa, Smokehouse BBQ Bali, Merah Putih etc. If this is not enough for you, the famous "food street" of Seminyak (Jl Kayu Aya) is just a couple of minutes away by motorbike or Taxi. You will find there a wide selection of the most notorious restaurants in Seminyak where you can discover delicious local specialties as well as international food: Ultimo, Rumours, Trattoria, Char Char Bar and Grill are some of the many restaurants you will find there...

Petitenget beach is also a short walk from the villa so you can enjoy spending the day there followed by beautiful sunsets in the trendy spots like Potato Head, W, Mozaic beachclub where the atmosphere, the music, the drinks and the sunset view make them the perfect spots to end the day...
