The house is absolutely beautiful. Love the charm of the old house combined with all the modern updates. Great location, close to everything! Easy check in and check out. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and more! Highly recommend!

Perfect Weekend in Wilson

My girlfriends and I had a wonderful stay at the Cora Farmer house! It was even more beautiful than the pictures, and a great location - walkable to whirligig park and several restaurants. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook dinner and clean up. Don’t miss out on this house if you’re ever in Wilson!

Easter weekend in Wilson

We loved staying in this home! We had ample space for our group and thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was clean, well maintained and often we felt spoiled (French linen sheets). Two things that guests considering this home might note: 1) the home is also available for event rental and it appears they keep a butler’s pantry well stocked with tools and equipment for catering. That pantry is locked to guests. Having said that, the kitchen itself has excellent new appliances and ample dinnerware/glassware/flatware but anyone intending to cook might find the selection of pots/pans and serving dishes a bit slim. 2) the bedrooms are equipped with white noise machines in case light sleepers would appreciate respite from the nearby train whistles and rumbling. Non-cooks and heavy sleepers: disregard:)

The pictures of the house does the house no justice. The house is just beautiful. It will be my family new Wilson location. Lina was easy to get in contact with. 3 of the bedrooms have bathrooms. The 4th bedroom has a nice hallway bathroom to use. Close to restaurants and stores.

Loved this house for my family as we celebrated the passing of my mother. It was quite specious and beautiful, extremely clean, had a huge and magnificently appointed kitchen, generous bedrooms and 12-foot ceilings. Communication with Lina was prompt and easy. It was a bit expensive for Wilson but worth what we got for it.

The house includes 4 oversized bedrooms and 4.5 renovated bathrooms, social areas like dining room, living room, and kitchen boast a unique decoration filled with art and antique pieces that will undoubtedly transport you to another era.
After an incredible restoration and decoration effort, this historical gem now also serves as a boutique, offering antiques and art pieces for sale.
