The Space:

Set along the Cumberland River, this bright, recently updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers a comfortable, modern stay with room for up to 6. The living area is filled with natural light and opens to a private balcony—perfect for fresh air and river/skyline views. Settle in on the sofa, stream your favorite shows, or gather for easy conversation before heading out to explore the city.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and cabinets stocked with basic cookware and serveware. Enjoy quick bites at the counter with high-top stools or bring back takeout from a nearby favorite. Both bedrooms include king beds and TVs, and there are two full bathrooms for convenient getting-ready time.



When you’re not out exploring, take advantage of the building’s shared amenities, including an outdoor pool and a fitness room. WiFi and on-site coin-operated laundry add everyday ease, and parking is simple with spaces for two.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Lot parking for up to 2 vehicles. Additional parking is not guaranteed.

• Stairs: Stairs are required.

• Laundry: Shared, coin-operated laundry is available on-site.

• Communal amenities: The pool and gym are shared. Availability and hours may vary.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning/damage fees may apply if needed.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Walkability and nearby attractions: About a 15-minute walk to Riverfront Park, Nashville Public Square Park, and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Within roughly 5 minutes of many neighborhood highlights, including the Cumberland River Greenway, Nashville Farmers’ Market, Germantown dining/shops, Capitol View (Publix), First Horizon Park (seasonal), and the Tennessee State Museum (free). Broadway, the Main Library, and Nissan Stadium are also within walking distance or a short ride.
