The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and return the keys
Remove all sheets and pillowcases from the beds and place in the washer. Wash any used dishes in the kitchen.
Please remember to remove the food from the refrigerator and cabinets, if there is a spill in the refrigerator or on the cabinet shelves please wipe it up.
Return all bedroom remotes and AC remotes to the nightstand in each room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The main breaker panel is located in the hallway near the laundry room. Please ensure that breaker 4 and breakers 13/14 remain ON at all times.
Quiet hours between 10PM to 8AM.
Do not throw any objects into the pool.

Yes, the rooms were clean, staff very friendly. The gatekeeper was great. He assist us with getting our excursions. The pool was clean, we saw the cleaner person a few times cleaning while there. The place was pretty quiet and family friendly.
