Conveniently located just outside of Clarion. Only a short drive away from Cooks Forest, within eyesight of Route 66 bike trail, and a 5.5 mile drive to the nearest Clarion River boat launch.

This home has all the modern conveniences of your home, with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor fire pit with a spacious backyard, and lots of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy your stay! Enjoy the convenience of central AC and heat, as well as WIFI!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Guests should be quiet 10:00pm, to 7:00 am, especially when using the outdoor fire pit area.
Please keep vehicles parked on the driveway. Any form of driving in the grass is not permitted, even unloading and loading of vehicles.
