Welcome to the Bluebonnet Belle! This adorable Victorian just received an extensive remodel. The private covered deck overlooks the spacious, fully fenced backyard. There are two bedrooms, each with its own unique decor. There is also a washer+dryer available for use, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for your stay. Bathroom also completely remodeled with added surprises. She is steps from your new favorite Mexican restaurant - Manuel's - and blocks from downtown Brenham. This newly remodeled 100 year+ Victorian offers two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The main living space is open to the kitchen. Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, compact dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, crock pot, blender, coffee pot, Keurig. If cooking at home isn't your thing, you are less than a mile to downtown Brenham's finest restaurants. Don't want to drive? Take a 7-minute walk from this comfortable duplex (shared wall but no shared entry) to Brazos Valley Brewing Co. and see what's on tap for the day. Visiting your Blinn College student? Walk or drive less than a mile. Explore antiques in nearby Round Top. Indulge in $1 ice cream scoops at Blue Bell Creameries. Shopping in downtown Brenham. Connect with Texas' proud past at the Washington-on-the-Brazos State Historic Site. Check out nearby Chappell Hill, Burton, and Giddings. You have your own parking spot in driveway to the left of the front of the house. The back deck & backyard are all yours to use & enjoy. We respect your privacy & live off premises but are only a phone call away should an immediate need arise. Your happiness with your stay is our goal! This home is a duplex with two units that have separate, private entrances and no shared space. The units share one wall between them. To ensure a meticulous stay, we charge a deep cleaning fee equivalent to the pet fee even if the guest brings a service pet.

Round Top Ready

We booked a stay during Round Top antiques fare. The property is newly renovated as described and very comfortable for 2 people. Well located as it is a short walk to downtown and 15-20 ride to the main parts of the fare. Only helpful tip (having nothing to do with the property itself, just the area it is in) is you really do need a car as Uber is very limited but the owner did provide a driver’s contact which was super helpful.
