A great place to stay as we visited family in Waseca. Warm and cozy and very clean. They had 5-6 inches of snow the day before we arrived, and the sidewalk was cleared very well for us

We stayed in the area for a wedding. The house was cute and clean. We didn't have hot water but the property manager came out and fixed it right away. (The pilot light had gone out)

The outside of the property was cute. We went in and it had an old house odor. Looked in the fridge and it had partial bottles of hot sauce, mayonaise and other items. Also, the cupboard had a open package of bun and bag of chips. Not sure it was cleaned out properly before our stay. The instructions were to put all towels in a laundry basket, however we could not find the basket. Also, It stated to strip the bed if soiled. Isn't the bed soiled whenever someone stays? The bedrooms need more outlets by the beds for chargers and C-pap machines.

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it's close to downtown but is also on the East end of Waseca, a perfect place to stay if you have friends or family staying at Kiesler's and you want to be close, or Clear Lake, the Boathouse, Barney's, and more! Walkable area and perfectly placed.

What makes this property unique

There's three apartments in this building, all with private entrances. The only shared space is a common area laundry room. Newly renovated and lots and lots of improvements to this big ole brick house!
