Searching for a cozy, well cared-for lakefront cottage? Look no further! Nestled on beautiful Lake Delavan, "A Shore Thing" offers stunning water views and great frontage with a private dock and boat lift. Enjoy being on a relatively quiet, yet fully-recreational lake while having easy access to Downtown Delavan and Lake Geneva for shopping and dining.
The main floor of this cozy lakefront is bright and open, featuring a sitting/tv area (sleeper sofa), dining table, and a kitchen with a large island. Proceeding to the lake-facing portion of the home, a secondary sitting area allows for stunning views of Lake Delavan and easy walk-out access onto the full-length balcony- A perfect setting to watch the steam rise off the lake in the morning or enjoy an evening cocktail. Two bedrooms can be found on the main floor, with one offering a full-sized bed and the other featuring a twin with a twin roll-out trundle underneath. An updated full bath with a walk-in shower serves the main level of the home. In true lakeside fashion, the partially finished lower level opens right up to a covered seating area and the level frontage leading to the lake. Partially finished, it offers an additional TV area, a queen sleeper sofa, and another nicely updated full bathroom. A guest-accessible washer and dryer can also be found downstairs, making easy work of wet swim suits and towels after a day of swimming.
