You can walk to the beach for sunrise and sunset, walk to the famous beach bar across the street or enjoy a book on the patio! This bungalow is just a few miles to the world famous Flagler Avenue! Restaurants and bars and sandy toes are waiting for you!

Cozy Coral Cottage

Clean & comfy cool spot in New Smyrna Beach, right off the A1A. Short walk to the beach, good food options also within walking distance. Everything you want in a rental, even beach chairs and umbrella!

Perfect beach stay

Absolutely loved the ease of check in, loved the space, and loved the privacy. The location is so convenient and easy to find with GPS. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Perfect, small space for vacationers who spend the whole day at the beach. Kitchen was stocked with utensils and appliances to have easy breakfasts. Loved the whole week, would absolutely stay here again!

The Coral Cottage is a charming little efficiency rental. Super clean and well-appointed with the necessities plus a few nice extra touches. It was quiet and comfortable. The beach was a quick walk across the road. Grocery stores and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. The host was welcoming and responsive . A very enjoyable stay.
Kite surfer in the distance. It was fun to watch them catch big air on their jumps.

Vacation Time!

It was amazing great location great time at the beach! Julys 4th at beach was memorable! Definitely we will be back. Small comfortable stay for two. What you need was here, place was very clean when we arrived. Thanks so much Miss Katie, for an amazing communication and great information before our arrival.

The cottage was perfect…the weather was not!

Katie Lyle was incredible to work with. She went out of her way to make my stay perfect. She even bought a stuffed toy for my service dog. I would definite go back in the future.Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate with my stay but Katie and the beach house were perfect!

Why they chose this property

Beachside NSB is a small town. This neighbor is quiet, calm and local. This is not the party area of town. You can walk to multiple local restaurants and bars and of course, the beach! Location, location, location!

What makes this property unique

The Coral Cottage is perfect for a traveling couple of maybe an individual that wants to work remotely! I am well traveled and made sure to make this cottage feel like home!
