The Neighborhood:
Houston Heights was founded in the 1890s, it's called the heights of Houston because it has a 23-foot higher elevation than downtown Houston. Height's development started in the old Victorian era of the 1890s. The old Victorian architecture, tree lined streets, amazing parks along with some of the best restaurants and nightlife Houston has to offer definitely make this neighborhood a top destination. This neighborhood has been deemed a historic district by the city, it is truly charming and beautiful.

Getting Around:
This townhome is conveniently located in the Houston Heights, offering easy access to major attractions and transportation hubs:

Within minutes to all major thoroughfares including I-10, I-45, I-59, and highway 288. The metro rail is less than a mile away and the metro bus is 2 blocks from the location.

Explore the neighborhood on foot, or take advantage of nearby public transportation, including buses and the Metro. For a more adventurous experience, consider renting a bike. If you prefer a ride-sharing service, Uber and Lyft are readily available.

+ Bathroom Supplies: We provide two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1-2 paper towels (depending on stay length), and one towel per registered guest (S/M/L).
+ Cleaning Supplies: Five trash bags per stay, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, hand soap, and dish soap are provided.
+ Basic Essentials: Salt and pepper are available for your convenience.

Supplies are starter packs only—refills are not provided. You may want to visit a local store for additional supplies.

+ No Parties/Events: Strictly prohibited unless approved. Violations may result in a $1,000 fine.
+ No Smoking Indoors: Indoor smoking or marijuana use in common areas may lead to cancellation without refunds. $600 fine.
+ Pets: Allowed with prior approval for small breeds under 30 lbs. Violations result in a fine double the cleaning fee.
+ Unauthorized Guests: $50 per person for unauthorized guests. Reservation may be canceled if deemed unsuitable by the host.
+ Trash & Cleaning: Dispose of trash in black garbage carts. Additional $500 cleaning fee for untidy spaces.
+ Property Care: Avoid eating or drinking on beds. Excessive stains may incur a $500 cleaning fee.
+ Keys: Lost keys may incur a $75 replacement fee.
+ Late Checkouts: Unauthorized checkouts incur $25 per 30 minutes. Past 1 PM may result in a full-day rate.
+ For stays longer than 7days, a mid-stay cleaning fee is $150 per week is required.
+ Quiet Hours: Maintain quiet between 10 PM and 8 AM.
+ Package Delivery: We do not recommend ordering packages. We are not responsible for lost/delayed deliveries.
+ Report disturbances to the host immediately. Non-compliance may result in reservation termination.

Pet Cleaning Fee: $25/day (1-4 nights), $250 (5-29 nights), $300 (30+ nights). Only 2 pets under 30 pounds allowed. Consult with your host for larger breeds or service animals. Pets must be house-trained, leashed, and never left alone in the property. Non-compliance may result in penalties, documented by cameras. Unauthorized pets incur double the cleaning fee.
