Discover this delightful 3-bedroom 1.5 bath gem in Ash Grove. This cute home features 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with twin over double bed. The living room offers an additional queen sofa bed and futon for extra comfort. Blackout blinds in one queen bedroom for a good nights sleep and the other queen bedroom is our "dark room". If you love having almost zero light while sleeping this room is for you. Our cute home is close to airports, Branson & Stockton Lake are near by. This one level home offers guests everything you'll need. Plenty of amenities like smoking allowed outside with a partially fenced yard for kids and pets. Our gate is inoperable for now so yard is not fully fenced. We have room for up to 11 guests as well as your 1 small pet. There is a full service grocery store & restaurants just a short walk out the front door as well as several antiques shops & boutiques. Our local restaurants offer a variety of dishes and there's even a couple of barbers & salons. Fall in love with Ash Grove and enjoy all it has to offer.

Very convenient to grocery store, gas station, ATM and gasoline. Could walk to all of them. This was my first time visiting Missouri and Kathy made my trip and stay great. I would recommend her place to stay and hope to return.

Our 2nd stay and will be back! Perfect location for what brings us to MO. It’s great to just walk around ash grove for errands! The host and her daughter were 100% amazing. Clean property, near a few trailers, which was never an issue. Great front porch to storm watch and the inside was stocked and comfortable!

Quaint & Convenient

We stayed at this property because we have family in and around Springfield and wanted to stay in the middle to reduce the long drives. There is a grocery store and cafe with in walking distance, which was great. The house is clean and has everything you may need. They also let us bring our dog and we appreciate that. The house is next to a trailer park and is behind a gas station, but it felt safe and was quiet in this small town. The beds were comfortable and amenities good. We are satisfied with our stay.
