Real split decision

Common area is OK, pool needs to be redone as there’s paint chipping throughout. The people who work here are very nice, the food is good. The actual unit is in terrible shape. Would not recommend. Put together shotty. Paint and cement chips throughout the balcony and no seating on the balcony, furnishings are cheap laminate, bathroom has mold in the shower, and doors to the shower and to the bathroom itself don’t close because of poor installation, no stove, and outside of building is under construction, limiting access and creating a lot of noise. It’s also located in the middle of nowhere with a lot of abandoned properties on all sides.
