The condo was spacious, clean, and quiet. We really loved relaxing on the deck and the view looking out on the lake. Then going down to the waterfront and fishing or laying on the beach chairs. The condo location was great and only 20 minutes from Weirs Beach and other attractions. We loved our stay and hope to return next year!

This second-floor one-level condo is a great value! It is comfortable, immaculate and has everything you need ... ample towels, laundry and dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags and more. We were fortunate to have fantastic weather and spent most of our time on the deck or down by the water on the docks. It is near to everything you need -- you can walk to The Dox restaurant, the convenience store and the Lobster Connection. The WiFi was misbehaving, but when we figured out how to restart it by unplugging it before plugging it back in, we were able to use it (unfortunately, one of us had to work :( ) Whenever we lost the connection, restarting it in that way worked out just fine.

Relaxing by the lake

We loved this condo - it was clean, well equipped and in a wonderful location. We found it ideal for a relaxing stay at the end of a long road trip, before heading back to England.

We had an amazing time at this condo. The property comes with everything you need and the outdoor space on the lake is perfect for relaxing while the kids swim. They really loved the water trampoline.

Enjoyable stay

The views were really nice and the area was quiet. The condo is very clean and well kept. The response to any questions and concerns was quick. Very enjoyable stay and would recommend. Will definitely save and look this up when I come back to the area.

Family vacation

Perfect place to stay if you want to enjoy the outdoors with some hiking and then swimming in the lake. Even with some rain the outlets 10 miles away offer easy opportunity to spend money.

great place to stay

Very well equipped condo with a nice view of the lake. Appliances all new top of the line and everything one may need was there. We were there for three nights and were satisfied with all. Someone earlier mention that it would be nice to know it was a 2nd floor condo which was no problem for us, Highly recommend.

Wonderful Property!

It was a beautiful location. Everything was clean. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Loved all the beautiful flowers and the apple tree right next to the condo. This was in a perfect location. I highly recommend it!

Memorial Day Weekend made!

Great location and overall great environment. Condo owners within the same complex are very friendly and welcoming to renters. Our condo met all of our needs. The host was available to answer any questions. We brought a kayak and paddleboard and had safe storage when not in use. We had a perfect weekend and would absolutely look to rent again.

Perfect weekend getaway

We rented this place for a weekend get away with friends to go snow tubing at gunstock.This was a beautiful place to stay. Waking up and seeing the sunrise over the lake from the living room was my favorite. Many great options for food within a couple of miles. The Tanger Outlets where a few miles down the road also. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. I would love to make it a point to come back during the summer one day.

Long weekend

Quick trip, went to the Boston Symphony and did some leaf peeping. We’re really only at the property to sleep and for breakfast. It was quite comfortable though and enjoyed the morning views. The only surprise was finding out it was upstairs.

Fantastic location, clean well appointed condo

We spent a week in early July here and had a fantastic break. Stunning spot on the lake, we really enjoyed the deck and the dock (a new trampoline arrived on the lake for the association which was very exciting for our kids). The condo was really clean and had everything we needed (thank you!). Communication with host was spot on. A great base for activities in the area (boat hire on Winnisquam lake, cruise on Winnipesaukee lake, highland bike park, outlet shops, Meredith etc) and general lake living for a week! Highly recommend Margaret’s over the road for breakfast. We’d be back if it wasn’t so far for us (UK!).

Our recent stay in this Tilton Lake Winnisquam vacation home was perfect. First before you even enter the property you can check out the landscaping in the middle of the complex, it is magical with all the flowers and greenery with the lake and boats as the backdrop.Once you enter the condo you immediately see how well it is taken care of. So clean and tastefully decorated. The large sliding glass doors lead out onto a good-sized decking from which you can enjoy the outdoor table and chairs while watching the boats go by on the lake. Back inside there is a modern kitchen very well equipped to be able to help you make and serve just about any type of meal or snack. There is also a dishwasher for easy cleanup. The condo is located conveniently close to many reasonably priced restaurants if you don't want to cook in. Off the kitchen is the laundry room in case you need to do a quick wash.There are two bedrooms which have great bedding, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, window A/C units and generous closet space with more than enough hangers. At night its very quiet and cozy in the rooms sleep comes easy. The primary bedroom also has a TV if you like to watch a bit before you fall asleep. I must not forget to mention there are many DVDs, Books, games and puzzles to keep you or your youngsters busy – we liked the jigsaw puzzles!While walking around the grounds we met a few of the full-time residents – all were friendly and welcoming.All in all I would highly recommend stayi

Perfect Getaway Spot

My husband and I came here for 3 nights in late November. It was a nice break for us before the busy-ness of December. The condo was spotless and charmingly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed long walks up Chapman Road across the way. Our only concern was the internet service, which was in and out (mostly out) all three days. It wasn't a major issue for us, but would be for anyone working remotely. Overall, a lovely place.

Back again to relax with beautiful views

Sam & Kristen provide a quick and smooth check-in process. They are responsive with any questions that may arrise. The condo is clean and has plenty of kitchen items to either grill or cook indoors. They have a deck directly outside of their condo where you can enjoy views of the lake. Mornings out on the patio are beautiful and quiet. The neighboorhood is quiet in general. There is another home in front of theirs which gives a small blocked view of the lake but in my opinion does not take away from the location. Its about a 30 second walk from the second floor condo to the lakefront patio which offers a large area to sit and enjoy the sun. Its equipped with patio furniture including chairs, loungers, high and low top tables. I would also suggest bringing beach towels. The listing does indicate beach and bath towels and they do offer many towels but they are all white. The only thing I think could improve others stay would be an updated router for internet access. For me personally it didnt bother me but for those who want to watch TV or use it for a cell phone, the router needed to keep being rebooted and was not working. This our second stay and we look forward to coming back again.

This condo is our home away from home! We always wanted a little place on the lake. We both spent time in the area as kids and absolutely loved it! We were looking for a place in New Hampshire to relax, enjoy lake activities as well as take advantage of the proximity to the mountains.

We were delighted when we found the best condo at Water’s Edge was for sale. We found this beautiful condo at the scenic resort called "A Waters Edge Inn" right in the middle of everything to do. Kristen had vacationed with her extended family at Waters Edge as a child and Sam had enjoyed it with her and her family as an adult. This place was breathtaking! The gardens were gorgeous, the manicured lawns, paver walkways and white picket fences gave it the quaint charm Kristen had remembered. Kristen and Sam were flooded with amazing memories relaxing by the lake with her family, enjoying the local amenities and attractions, and all the lake had to offer in water activities.

Tranquil Corner

We immediately began discussion on what to name the condo. It did not take long to settle on “Tranquil Corner,” the perfect description of the feeling you get upon stepping onto the beautiful deck. We were lucky to buy one of the largest units, and we believe the nicest! We have a fantastic view of the lake inside and out. Unlike some of the smaller units that have shared decks, Grills and no privacy. We enjoy our own unique private entrance, deck and grill, A truly rare find in a vacation resort property.

The Waterfront has a large clean carpeted deck running the length of the property with two sets of stairs down into the shallow sandy water. The waterfront area is safe for all ages with a swim raft for the kids. The deck has lounge chairs, tables, chairs and umbrella's for family's to spend some quality time together. At night it becomes a favorite place to fish.

We take great pride in the comfort of our guests and we feel the mattresses and bedding are number one! The beds are very comfortable and there are always extra sheets, blankets and pillows. We offer movies, games, and books for those moments when relaxing inside the condo or on the deck is just what you are craving. The windows and air conditioning are updated and the condo boasts an HD TV and WIFI. We thought about what we would need on our vacation, and try to have everything there for yours.
