Thanks so much for the kind words, Debbie! We're thrilled you loved the spacious rooms, the balcony, and that amazing view! We appreciate the heads-up about the floors and will make sure our cleaning crew gives them some extra attention. Glad it wasn’t a deal breaker! We hope to have you back for another great stay soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience with the maintenance situation and the lack of communication upon your arrival—that's not the standard we strive for. We're also disappointed about the blowers being turned off during the stay, this delayed the repair of the unit. Our goal is to always give a excellent experience, sometimes it is not with in our control. We are sorry about the hair in the shower, had we known about it during your stay I could have helped. We truly appreciate your patience during these circumstances. Your feedback helps us improve our processes, and we're already working to strengthen communication between our team, maintenance, and guests during emergencies. We're glad you enjoyed the beach access and pool amenities.
