Decent Family Rental

The location of this house in Indian Rocks is great. It's nice to walk to coffee shops and the beach. The living area of Steph's home was comfortable, decorated nicely and had plenty of room. It's evident that effort has been made to renovate this part of the home. The bedrooms leave something to be desired...the bed coverings and sheets in the master felt old and cheap. The guest king bedroom was more attractive and appealing. The twin beds might be fine for a child but were not for my adult children and my son could not sleep on one of the beds. The linens in general could use refreshing as it felt as if we were using very old towels etc. There's only one hand towel in the master bath and no washcloths. A little investment in these areas could go a long way.

Stephy's Place provided a beautiful, comfortable and relaxing accommodation that met all of our needs and more. Location, amenities, furnishings and cleanliness were all exceptional! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have absolutely no recommendations for improvements! looking forward to a return stay when we are back in town in the Spring!

Beautiful home, felt so comfortable. There were four of us and one dog. The beds were so comfortable and the home is in a very quiet neighborhood. The master is very large and having the double vanity was perfect. Having the third bathroom towards the back of the house worked out great. We enjoyed the backyard and having the fenced yard for the dog. Plenty of beach chairs were supplied along with an umbrella. The walk to the beach was short, but crossing Gulf boulevard could be a little scary, until we noticed a pedestrian crossing just to the south. It truly was a wonderful 10 day vacation. Thank you!

This was a great place for my family to stay. Very updated and comfortable. We would stay here again for sure. We loved having a yard!A man came by unexpectedly to mow the lawn, it would have been nice to have a heads up next time as we hadn't gotten dressed for the day yet but the blinds were open.I wish there were beach towels, a cooler, and laundry baskets provided but we made due.Overall it was a great experience and we can't wait to come back!

It was a great house for a family trip! Traveling with infants can be tough too but it was nice to have two rooms with king beds - comfy and had all we needed for a great stay! We definitely would love to stay here again as a family.

The house was beautiful. My dog loved the yard & I was co.foryable knowing it was fully fenced in. We did have a problem with the thermostat on the air conditioner but after I called it was taken care of immediately. The beach was only a block & a half away. Neighborhood was very nice. The home was beautifully decorated. We were very very happy & had a great time. We will definitely go back

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was truly unmatched — the best part was being able to load up the provided beach wagon and simply walk across the street to the beach. The home itself was nicely decorated, comfortable, and had thoughtful touches like the outdoor shower, which made rinsing off after the beach so convenient. The check-in and check-out process was seamless and very easy, which made the trip stress-free. Our only small piece of feedback is that it would have been nice to have more kitchen trash bags provided. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back!

Stay at Stephy’s Place

This is our second year staying at Stephy’s place, and for a second year in a row, we loved it!! Last year, we got engaged down here, and this year, we came back to get married😊 I’d give it 5 stars, but when we arrived the thermostat was out, and we have a 2 month old baby, so it was super hot there. On the bright side, when I called and left a message, the people got back to me real quick and a maintenance guy was there within thirty minutes. He found out that it needed the batteries changed. During our stay, it went out three different times, so we had to run to the store, get batteries, and change it out. We left a note regarding this. Other than that, our stay was perfect beyond measure!!! We can’t wait to come back to this exact spot in the future… AGAIN!!😊

Perfect Vacation Home

This is our fourth stay at Stephys place. We love all of the renovations, most probably due to the Hurricane. We are so thankful for the layout of the home it allows for so much common space and yet also privacy. The home is located minutes from the beach, we love the outdoor shower to rinse off and that it is Per Friendlt. Our dog always loves joining us. We cant wait to return.

Graduation Family Trip

We stayed at Stephy’s place from May 8th - May 18th for my daughter’s graduation from UTAMPA. The property was just as described! perfect amount of space for my self, my husband , 2 adult children and our 2 doodles! The back yard was perfect for all of us to hang out in! The beach was so close, and we could walk to bars and restaurants. We would definitely like to stay at Stephy’s again. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Great place to stay in IRB!

Stayed here for 4 nights in April of 2025 and could not have asked for a better property! The house was clean, beds comfy, and the location cannot be beat. We contacted the property manager due to some missing items/amenities and they were responsive and addressed the concerns quickly. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Like a brand new home! Completely redone and very stylish and luxurious. Plenty of space and well equipped. Easy communication action with the property manager. Just 4 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops within a short walk. Enjoyed the week very much - and will be back!

Great Property

We stayed 2 weeks with friends. The house was roomy and the two king beds were perfect for two couples. The neighborhood was quiet, and there was a fenced yard for our dog. The beach was a short walk and there is a park two blocks down the beach with public restrooms.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! From outside to inside - everything we needed and more! Loved the cozy feel but plenty of room to spread out! The fenced yard was perfect for our pup to run and play! Just a short walk to the beach for hunts in the morning and sunsets in tevening!

Great stay, great location, great communications

Almost everything about this place was outstanding! House was terrific, roomy, spacious, fit our family of 8 perfectly. The location was also great, a super short walk to the beach, but not on the main drag so it was quiet, easy to find/access. Only downfall was the place wasn't fully clean when we showed up. The bedsheets and floors were not clean. Contacted the owner and they responded immediately and sent a cleaning crew, but they did not clean the room that we had said needed (only the master bedroom, other rooms were good). Other than that, everything else was wonderful, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Stephy’s Place

This is our second time staying at Stephy’s Place. We absolutely love this house! My only recommendation is for the bed spreads need to be washed after each rental. Ours in the master bedroom appeared to have chocolate or poop on it. We will be back!
