Wonderful high quality luxury townhouse on a front line golf development with sea view from rooms and terraces. The townhouse is built in a beautiful Andalusian style but with all the modern qualities such as double glazed windows, central air-condition and under floor heating, etc. located in a quiet residential corner of Riviera del Sol only 750 meters from Miraflores Golf club house with its lovely restaurant and only 600 meters from the nearest shopping center including supermarket and five restaurants. The beach is also within walking distance from the property at a distance of one km downhill!

Completely equipped for a fantastic holiday, there are two bedrooms sleeping a total of 4-5 persons. As you enter the property you come into a spacious west facing patio with some golf views and all the afternoon sun. The inside consists of entry hall, a bright lounge with fire place and TV - and including a dining area and two sets of sliding doors leading out to a nice east facing terrace with sea views and morning sun. On the other side of the lounge is another sliding door leading to the main patio with the afternoon sun i.e. you are spoilt for patio choices! Further on this level is a modern kitchen with all the equipment you need such as fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc. Also, on this level is a guest toilet.

Downstairs you will find the master bedroom and a guest bedroom both with large in-suite bathrooms; and both bathrooms with double vanity, bath tub, and walk in shower. Both bedrooms have sliding doors to the downstairs terrace with sea view.

The complex is extremely well run with tropical gardens and three swimming pools with one pool heated in winter. From the communal garden you have lovely views to Miraflores golf course.

This holiday rental townhouse in Riviera del Sol, Mijas Costa is gated and there is private parking for one car as well as easy additional parking in front of the house.

The townhouse is perfect for families, singles, and golfers (your clubs will be safe here and there is a wide selection of courses nearby)
