This rental was in the perfect location! It is in short walking distance to restaurants and shops. The main area is spacious as well. However, there were a few things that could have been better. Since the kitchen and bathroom are in the basement, I noticed quite a few webs and spiders there. Additionally, it was difficult to focus sometimes because I could hear every movement the other tenants in the building made. Otherwise, the host was very receptive and provided quick replies!

Our stay started on a rocky note because the unit wasn't ready on time and we were pressed to get to a rehearsal dinner. Had we known about the problems, we would have made other plans to get ready. The unit was cleaned while we were at the rehearsal dinner. Upon returning to the unit, it was spotlessly clean and we had a fine stay. The property manager was prompt, polite, and helpful in all of our communications. We did not expect the noise between units. All of our neighbors were orderly and soft spoken, but we could hear talking and people on the staircase. Our bathroom was downstairs, and so I am sure our neighbors also heard us going up and down.
