The unit was immaculate and the Maravilla property was gorgeous and very family friendly, we had everything we needed! Rich and Lisa were friendly, responsive hosts and provided a binder with lots of information about the Miramar/Destin area. We would absolutely love to stay here again and definitely recommend this unit for a relaxing beach vacation!

This condo was extremely clean and updated. Very well maintained and nice. The owners were super accommodating and friendly. Highly recommend this condo! Great location within the complex. Near beach with ocean view. Short walk to pool and beach. We had such a great time!!

I whole heartedly recommend this condo! It was incredibly clean. It was also stocked with everything we could possibly need! The hosts had great communication. Maravilla itself was also very nice! We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED this unit! We’ve stayed at several units at this complex in the past and this one is our favorite. The layout is spacious, the furniture is well done and the beds are comfortable. Also, I know it’s a little detail but the towels are so soft and big! The unit was very clean and the communication with the owners was flawless. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was exactly as pictured. It has everything you need and more. Communication was excellent! The beds were so comfortable! All kinds of extras including sand toys, beach chairs, games, and extras for baby/toddlers. We have stayed in multiple units and I would highly recommend this one.

Wonderful stay

This condo was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 children). It was super clean, updated, beautifully decorated and a short walk to the beach and pools! Could not recommend this unit enough

Family Vacation

The condo was clean and comfy just what we needed for a chill beach trip. Loved that there were four beach chairs set up for us every day, made it so easy to head down and relax. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials too, which made cooking a breeze.

Perfect vacation

Great Family

My stay was just what the VRBO said it was with all of the things listed. My family and I enjoyed our stay and how close to the beach and pool were located. The two king beds were perfect for our family. Love the place and would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Great location!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. Access to the beach was easy, and we loved not having to lug chairs and umbrellas. The resort is within walking distance to Pompano Joe’s and Kenny D’s, as well as a short drive to Skipper’s for steamed seafood. We would definitely stay again.

Beach Getaway

Description and photos of condo are exact. It’s modern, very clean and close to the beach. We spent many mornings and evenings on the over sized balcony. The beach chair/umbrella service is invaluable in the Florida heat! Owners are very helpful and easy to get a hold of.

The hosts were more than fantastic. I couldn't find anything to complain about. The condo was updated (very nice aesthetically), it was well outfitted (utensils, cookware, cleaning products etc), there was stocked items such as trash bags, dishwasher soap, coffee pods, and more. Additionally, I reached out to the hosts ahead of our stay as I was hopeful to ship a gift for my wife (we were celebrating our anniversary while in town) and our host was very helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate our stay. Everything worked in the condo and looked great. Additionally, there was a partial view of the ocean from our balcony. I cannot say enough great things about the condo and hosts. We have marked this condo down and plan to revisit it specifically, in the future. To our awesome hosts, if you read this - THANK YOU. Thank you for having a wonderful condo to house our family, thank you for investing in the appliances and furniture, thank you for having a clean cool space for us to enjoy when in town. You all have a wonderful place and were very helpful, we appreciate it. We heard plenty of horror stories from others we traveled with and were beyond grateful for our accommodations. Our family HIGHLY RECOMMENDS condo 3402 for anyone visiting Marvilla or the Miramar Beach/Destin area.

Loved It!

This property was amazing and beautiful! thought of everything that you could possibly need while staying there. It just felt like home. Short walk to the amazing beach. Host was quick to respond to my emails when I had a question prior to our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We decided on a last minute trip to the beach. Lisa and Rich responded very fast to my rental inquiry. We have rented this condo in the past and love it more each visit. The condo is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. They even recommend places to eat for us. We will definitely rent this condo again❤️

Great VRBO!!

This property was amazing! It was very close to the ocean, very clean, and we loved the chair service that was provided when renting this condo. The condo was nicely stocked with pots/pans, cups, coffee maker, panini press, and a lot more appliances. The Maravilla property overall was nicely kept and the amenities on site were a plus (pool, ice machine, showers). It was in walking distance to 3 restaurants which we loved. We will be back!

Great condo!

Lisa and Rick, we absolutely loved our stay in your condo. It was so tastefully decorated, had so many little special touches, (from light switches being labeled, to Keurig, and even cleaning supplies). Most importantly, it was so very clean. We visit the Destin area 1-3 times a year and have stayed in several other condos in the same complex, I must say this was by far one of the nicest and cleanest condo! We look forward to renting your place again next year!

We have been vacationing at Maravilla since 2001. The area is dear to hearts as this is where we got engaged! We are sure you will fall in love with the area also. Maravilla is a wonderful family friendly and relaxing condominium community. This resort complex is unique in that there is a lot of green space for kids to play and an excellent paved path along Scenic Gulf Drive to walk, run or bike! With its nearby restaurants, shopping and beautiful white sand beaches this is a excellent location that is central to all of the Destin and 30A area!
