Clean place, a bit outdated

The house was already. But having a bed built out of bamboo for the master bedroom? Not a good idea.

Amazing rental property

It was fantastic. Scenery was gorgeous. The place was great and decorated very cute! Even when i notified the manager that my toaster oven didn't work i received a brand new one in 2 hours! The only weird thing was that you couldn't flush toilet paper...which i don't know if it was just that area or not. The same signs were down by the pool bathrooms. No biggie. Loved all the iguanas and capybaras running around!

The unit is in real need of upgrade and repair. Floor times have dried concrete droppings on then, some cabinet knobs fall off when you pull them, balcony railing in need of repair with rotted spoke. Mattresses on bed hard and definitely outdated, door knobs on couple of doors need replacement or repair. Unit has great potential but in much need TLC.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. I’m truly sorry to hear that some aspects of the unit didn’t meet expectations, and I appreciate you bringing these details to my attention. We’ve already started working on updates and repairs so future stays are even more comfortable. I do hope you were still able to enjoy the rest of the beauty our place and the surrounding area have to offer. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us continue to improve, and we’d love the chance to welcome you back for a much smoother and more enjoyable experience.
