We had a wonderful stay! The house was a perfect getaway spot for me and my wife. It was quiet, clean and very conveniently located. The owner, MJ, was wonderful and communicative. We will definitely remember this place next time we visit!

Great location, nice yard but also super close to greenway, park, and town. Comfortable and clean. Great food spots close by. (Biscuit Belly and The Peach Stand plus others) MJ was a great host, easy to communicate and responsive.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we felt like we were at home. The area was perfect. Anything you needed or wanted was drivable distance. It was a wonderful stay

Clean & pet friendly

Very nice, clean & comfortable home. Pet friendly with a nice walking sidewalk at top of the street. We found our stay enjoyable and host was great. Would rent again.

Perfect getaway

The host could not have been nicer and extremely responsive. The home is really nice, very well maintained. The only thing we missed was having a TV in the bedroom, we like to fall asleep to the noise. Otherwise, a really great home and very convenient to restaurants.

5 night stay in May

The property inside was cute. The oven was dirty and dangerous because the racks did not fit. There were no outside lights . Also dangerous. Not enough dishes and silverware . We were constantly hand washing. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper.

Hi Janet, I am sorry you left 3 stars to this cozy newly renovated house- Your complaints complaints have been addressed: -I checked the racks in the oven: they fit, -there was something that looked like burnt pizza crumbs, I let my cleaning lady know, this is the first time any complaints to the clean status of this house. -About the light: I did not know the bulb was out: a text or call about the light & I would haver had it fixed in real time, I am quick to respond and aim to please every guest. sorry you had no lights on the porch and did not tell me -From what you wrote I understand you felt it was dangerous and I am sorry you felt that way- -About not enough dishes and silverware There are 8 tall glasses, 4 short ones, 4 wine glasses, 5 plastic cups, 4 large plates, 3 serving plates, 4 small plates, 4 glass bowls, 2 plastic bowls, 4 cutlery sets and all the other things to prepare a meal. I will add more silverware, I don't like complaints -just solutions. -Lastly the toilet paper : I provide a back up roll for both bathrooms, there was still TP in both bathroom, when i checked, I am glad you did not run out.
