Well appointed, self-catering holiday home with sunshine summer and winter overlooking the whole of False Bay. This home sleeps 6 guests in the holiday home.

The holiday Home has 3 bedrooms & two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, as well as a day bed , has its own dressing room & bathroom ensuite, with stone bath, separate shower, bidet, toilet and hand-basin.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed & 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. We have 2 camp cots & linen and 2 feeding chairs for infants. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and stone hand basin. French and Sliding doors lead out to the sea view patio from 1st & 2nd bedrooms, study, and lounge. All bedrooms have sea views.

The Study room has a large desk and excellent free unlimited Wi-Fi for digital nomads.

Comfortable living throughout. Entire front of house has patio overlooking the sea equipped with table, chairs & umbrella for al fresco outdoor dining, sheltered from the South Easter winds. Two sets of steps lead down from the patio to garden with large swimming pool, sun loungers and a barbeque facility for entertaining. House and kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. The large lounge has a flat screen TV with DSTV, superior stereo sound, Excellent free Wi-Fi throughout, fully alarmed with 24/7 response.
The dining room has seating for 8 guests.
Linen 100% percale white cotton. Bath & beach towels supplied.

Free off street parking in safe area. 5 min walk to safe swimming beaches & 15-minute walk to Boulder’s Penguin Colony, where you can swim among the penguins. Simon’s Town Waterfront 3 km where shark cage diving, boating trips, kayaking, bird watching, trips to Seal Island is available. 15 min drive to Cape Point Nature Reserve & see the baboons along the way. Wake up in the morning to beautiful sunrises & the sounds of whales blowing during season! A wonderful place to enjoy a relaxing holiday with family and friends.

This holiday home is also available for long term rental and is then let on a monthly rate - please request a quote.

Own transport is a recommendation as we are 3km from center of Simon's Town and public transport is unreliable and not too frequent.

Amazing location

Simply loved the house and location, we had the best time and enjoyed every moment. Them host was super friendly and very helpful. When we left they gave us proper send off just like family would do.

I am a retired young at heart 60 year old & love swimming, surfing, boating,hiking, playing tennis & travelling. Have lived all my life in this beautiful quaint naval village called Simon's Town full of history .Walk to Boulder's Penguin Beach Colony and swim among the penguins- or go shark cage diving if you are more adventurous & see The Great Whites close up!!! Learn to surf at Muizenberg Surfers corner . Panoramic hikes . Close to all Cape Town has to offer but still have that peaceful country feel . Beautiful nature all around. We are situated 40km from Cape Town in Simon's Town ,False Bay along the Whale Route & 10km from Cape Point Nature Reserve. Love travelling and have been fortunate to have travelled quite a bit. I am often travelling abroad and lovely, efficient house-keeper & friend Gillian looks after the smooth running of the holiday lets. Love sea food, and always have plenty from our bay. The Holiday House looks over entire False Bay. Beautiful sunrises over the ocean and watch and listen to the whales blowing in Whale season !! Spectacular sea views from every room except bathrooms. Well appointed home with fine finishes. Loads of room for all to spread out ! Parking is in driveway (no garage). The area is upmarket, quiet & tranquil & safe.

We can accommodate 6 guests comfortably, Own transport is recommend as we are 3km out of Simon's Town, 1 km to closest little supermarket & public transport is not reliable.
Regret no pets and not suitable for wheel chairs.
Regret no parties/weddings/functions.
Linen/bath/beach towels provided.
A home away from home.
All I ask - Please treat my holiday home as you would treat your own, and most important ENJOY your stay :)
