Charming, Newly-Renovated, & Centrally-Located Home in Downtown Harrisburg
3-bedroom / 2.5 bath home located in the heart of downtown Harrisburg. Walking distance to the Capitol and the best restaurants/bars/coffee shops in the city. My home includes a working office space in the sunroom, an artist's loft in the attic, and an enclosed patio complete with a grill. This home is only a short drive from destinations like Hershey or Gettysburg. I've put a lot of love and detail into my home and I hope you enjoy it.
Details:
Two bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor. There is a third bedroom in the attic. The first floor has a living room, a sunroom/office space, and dining room, a full kitchen, and a half bath. Lastly, there is an enclosed patio on the first floor for you and your friends/family to enjoy.
I have two reserved parking spots in a lot behind the house that you will have access to. Street parking is free after 5pm for the weekend. I can provide details for street parking during the week if required.
House comes with a Ring security camera on the front porch.

This area is centrally located in Harrisburg. I like how close you are to the Capitol or to walk by the river. I also love how close it is to restaurants / coffee shops etc.

It was originally built in 1865. It's an old home with a lot of character and I enjoyed trying to figure out how to maximize each space.
